I am a Certified Guardian ad Litem, working out of the New Hampshire Family Courts, and have utilized the services of ARCpoint Labs a number of times for drug and alcohol testing. I have found ARCpoint Labs to be very professional and responsive to inquiries, and with setting up testing in a timely fashion, and with obtaining the results of the testing. I have also utilized ARCpoiunt Labs to call with questions about the range of testing available. Incredibly convenient with great people in the office. They will even arrange testing at remote locations which is great for me with with employees in 4 different states in New England.
