I was floored by the outstanding service and friendliness from Square Care. The care was so personal and nothing you will experience from a chain. It’s like a pharmacy from days past! This is exactly the local business we should all be supporting. Their location is unassuming from the street but take a turn in and you’ll find an inviting pleasant clean and sharp pharmacy. Worth noting I found Square Care while in search of a pharmacy to administer a unique travel vaccine. The chains listed by the CDC and on the pharmacies own websites said they had this vaccine, but they did not have it or the pharmacist to administer it. Square Care did and didn’t charge an outrageous administering fee like other travel vaccine venues. Although I live 40 miles away I may seriously consider moving my Rx’s here. Don’t pass this place up.

Square Care is fantastic. My husband and I got our vaccines there last month and it was yet another excellent experience. Dr. Ike is a consummate professional, friendly, and incredibly kind. He is always willing to put in extra effort and readily available for any questions. His staff are terrific too. We heard about Square Care through word of mouth and we now highly recommend them to our friends. I needed to get prescription filled quickly and SquareCare provided it right after I left the hospital which it is almost next to. This pharmacy has a small town feel because they took the time to answer all my questions about the medication and God forbid the complications of insurance.I would have ranked it 5 stars but it is a bit further from where I live, but has been worth it going there instead of one of the big chains. I think they may deliver....? Overall it is nice to feel comfortable to ask questions and get the service needed to help keep good health with my aging body.

Ike is very kind and helpful. My seven-year- old had chronic ear infections that resulted in tubes being put in. Pre-surgery, Ike would talk to him about the importance of taking his antibiotics and taught him about probiotics, like yogurt, he should be taking with his meds. My son was so nervous about surgery and Ike was very good at listening to him and calming him down.We love Ike.

Its been so nice going here and not having to stress about whether or not Ill be getting a medication that helps me function on a daily basis. Im currently taking a controlled medication thats commonly out of stock with most pharmacies. Previous pharmacies almost never had it in stock, and if it was, it was a 3 - 4 day process of calling to confirm if it was in stock and having it processed. Just yesterday my doctor sent in my next months fill only for Square Care pharmacy to fill it within two hours, all before noon even. I cant thank them enough!

My girlfriend and I are going on a trip to Kenya and Ike walked us through all the recommended vaccinations and medicine we might need. He was able to provide the vaccines and prescriptions on the spot. No wait needed to see our PCP. He made everything a breeze. Excellent place to get your kid vaccinated with Moderna. Kind and kid friendly staff who helped put my son at ease right away. Make a quick appointment online and there is no wait when you arrive. I just filled out two quick papers and he was vaccinated within a few minutes. We then had to wait ten minutes or so to see if he had a reaction and then we are good to go.Good parking options as well despite the construction.

I take lifelong medication and I have never experienced a pharmacy like Square Care. Yesterday, I had a doctors appointment for my little one and we were prescribed some medication to start taking same day. It was the first time I told a doctor which pharmacy I uses and had them say oh yeah, theyre really good! We left the doctors office, went straight to Square Care and when I tried to go in, the door was locked. As Im headed back to my car with my sick little, the pharmacist opens the door stating that theyre closed for lunch, then asks what he can do for me. He filled the prescription during his lunch hour and was incredibly kind, and attentive through the process. I think COVID really strained a lot of pharmacies over the last few years and I didnt feel care in any exchange for medication. When it comes to my personal health, it feels good to feel like a human again, interacting with the pharmacy staff, and not like an additional number in their workload. Square Care is amazing.

Square is outstanding. Its been a great change since I started using them in January. Ever since my first call to reach an actual person answered the phone was nice and helpful. They even called me back just to keep me in the loop.I had been using Walgreens monthly for 15-20 years but they finally pushed me away after one too many times of either bad service or bad policies.I wish I had found Square sooner. I highly recommend them.

Ike is kind, personable, and truly cares for his patients health. He helped me sync up my prescriptions so they all renew on the exact same day every month. Without me having to do anything, I get a text message that theyre ready to pick up. He sends refill requests to my doctor, so there is no hassle for me trying to get a refill request in time to ensure my medication doesnt run out.I highly recommend Square Care to all of my friends. I used to fill all my prescriptions with private community pharmacies but when the last one closed down I had to switch to big store pharmacies.Now that Ike has opened up I can take care of everything I need and he goes out of his way to take care of patients.If you miss the service that small independent pharmacies used to provide then start coming here and youll be happy!

Square Care is wonderful! Ike is friendly and passionate about caring for his patients. Plus he offers more than your average pharmacy. When my daughter started to have symptoms of a Bladder infection I tried to contact her doctor but our urgent care was short staffed and not taking patients. I was told to drive an hour to the next closest urgent care and would have had a long wait time to be seen. So I called Square care, he was able to get her in review her weight, medical history and symptoms and prescribed an antibiotic. It was amazing, it saved us so much time and she didn’t have to miss any school. It was fantastic and I so appreciate independent pharmacy!

Ike is always on top of things and very kind! I also like how easy it is to get your refills by just submitting a form on their website. Just recently, when my insurance decided to not cover any of my medication cost, Ike was even able to get me a discount. Absolutely unbeatable service - I wouldnt trade it for anything!

Best pharmacy I’ve worked with in the four years I’ve been picking up medication. Super nice workers and incredibly on top of their work. I never want to use a different pharmacy again I’ll gladly drive the 30 minutes out just to continue service with them.

I’m so excited to have found a place that had vaccines for my 3.5 year old so quickly! It was easy to schedule online and aside from the previous patient leaving when we arrived, we were the only people there the whole time. Ike was great with my kids (big sister came along) and even gave the kids little chocolates afterwards.Not much for the kiddos to do while waiting afterwards (which makes sense as it’s just a neighborhood pharmacy), but otherwise a great experience!

First time visiting Square Care Pharmacy today and it was great! Bright, clean, and very organized with a nice little waiting area. We took our 1 yr old for her first covid vaccine and the pharmacist Ike was great with vaccinating a wiggly toddler! Highly recommend visiting this pharmacy! Waaaay better than the cvs/Walgreens pharmacies.

My wife and I moved from a formerly local pharmacy in PDX that I had gone to my entire life. They changed mgmt and their customer service declined. I’ve since had terrible customer experiences at ‘big-box’ pharmacies (i.e. Walgreens, Safeway…). We were looking for a new local pharmacy with a personal touch and we couldn’t be more satisfied now having Square Care work on our behalf.They really care about their customers and have made life alot easier for us both. We were so happy to bring our twins here to get vaccinated. The pharmacists was incredibly kind to them as they were nervous (theyre three) and helped put them at ease. He also gave them a chocolate as a treat for being so good, which they still talk about. Incredibly patient man, wonderful experience.

We were so grateful to easily schedule Covid-19 vaccines for our two children under 5. While so many places were either booked or not yet offering the vaccine in the first week of the rollout, this pharmacist was totally accommodating to our needs. The pharmacy has a big clean space for waiting and the care was very attentive! The whole process was as painless as possible for us and our children. We also realized my husband was eligible for a booster, and he made that happen for us as well!

We had an excellent experience getting shots for our two kids under 5 for COVID! Both my kids (1.5 and 4.5) were able to get shots, no one was around so I felt really safe and they were given the opportunity for some candy afterwards. My kids didnt even cry. Great experience and highly recommend!

Ike, the pharmacist, was so AMAZING!! Tested positive for Covid at home Saturday morning. I am in high risk category and wanted to get a antiviral prescribed. Thru internet search found pharmacy is Test to Treat, only one in Vancouver. Ike had me come test and then provided the antiviral by 2:30 Saturday. Stayed in my car and Ike came out get info and test and then give box of meds. Great service and Ike is very professional! Highly recommend to anyone needing an anti viral after testing postive. You wont find a more passionate or caring pharmacist. Ike loves helping people, and it shows. If you need prescription medications, over-the-counter drugs, or basic healthcare or medical supplies, I highly recommend shopping at Square Care. Its not a national chain where you feel like a number. Its a local, independent pharmacy where youre treated like a welcome guest.

After waiting on hold for half an hour at a Walgreens, I called Square Care and they picked up on the first ring. A pharmacist named Ike went above and beyond in helping me with my issue. Highly recommend!

This place has a local, caring vibe and helped me get back on my feet quickly.I was traveling and came down with Covid-19 during my trip. Reaching out for options a telehealth nurse recommended I search for local test to treat centers. In a quick search via the handy government locator website, Square Care was the closest option still open.Upon calling and describing my situation, they sent me an intake form via email and encouraged me to come directly in that afternoon. They were able to test me for Covid, confirm a positive, thoroughly check my medication interactions and provide clear directions and expectations of side effects. They sent me on my way with a course of Paxlovid in 30 minutes.Square Care (and namely the main pharmacist) was extremely helpful and accommodating given my unfamiliarity with the area and navigating Covid at the same time. I would highly recommend any seeking test to treat services in the Vancouver area to start here.

Wow! This place is amazing! I only wish I would have known about it sooner! Ike is so kind and thoughtful, going the extra mile. He worked tirelessly to get my sons prescriptions transferred and kept me up to date on everything. Im still in shock from the fantastic service!I knew that CVS and Walgreens were horrible, so horrible in fact that I am writing to the Washington Attorney General to complain about some of their practices that may be illegal, and some lately that I know are illegal. I was looking for an alternative, anything besides these awful corporation pharmacies. I shouldnt have to wait in line for over an hour just to pick up or drop off an rx (looking at you CVS!). Dont even get me started on Walgreens.When I found Square Cares website, I couldnt believe we had an independent, family owned pharmacy in Vancouver again. I visited the next day and found out that yes, they take our insurance AND also state insurance! I immediately asked to have my rxs transferred!And then the excellent service, WOW. I have really missed being treated so well!
