I just wanted to take a second to acknowledge a couple of employees that I experienced at the Cascade Park location this past Friday. My daughter was having some aches and pains all over and said her stomach was in a lot of pain. I was able to get an appointment slot to bring her to this location. Not only were we greeted by the woman working upfront very empathetic to my daughters pain, but once brought back to the room, Sophia ( the medical assistant that helped us ) went above and beyond to make my daughter feel comfortable with the whole experience. She exemplified a great amount of patience as my daughter was having a really hard time providing a urine sample followed by an exam. She allowed me to use her phone charger after my phone had died so I could communicate with my son whom I was supposed to be picking up but couldn’t because it took a lot longer than expected. She was the most incredible person I have ever experienced in the pediatric medical field in the 15 years I’ve been a parent. Alexxi and Dr.Munro were also incredible given the stressful situation with my daughter’s nerves. I highly recommend this location.
Im happy that you were able to get my son in for appointment quickly and when we arrived we were put in a room right away and taking care of, I like that it is a quick in and out experience for minor emergencies like ear infections. All my experiences at this legacy go health have been positive even when my daughter broke her arm and we went to legacy go health but a different location. My experience has always been good there always very kind and compassionate and do their job well.
There, is NOTHING urgent about this urgent care. Because people are using urgent cares as primary doctors, they take lots of appointments, leaving no room or time for walk-ins, which they continuously advertise they accept. I tried making an appointment, but didn’t know it was for the following day, so when I arrived, I found out, and was told I could register as a walk in. This was around 9:15am, at 10:40, and many patients walking in and out, and the waiting room finally emptied, I am told they can give me an appointment at 4:30pm.Really? Do they have such high disregard for peoples’ time, which I will never get back.If I had been informed that I was going to be waiting for an appointment, rather than to see a doctor I would’ve went elsewhere, which is where I am now, writing this review that doesn’t even deserve one star.Time is money. If you are busy, you let people know immediately, not waste their time.I wanted to avoid an emergency room, because despite not feeling well, I didn’t think it warranted an emergency room visit. Hence my choice of an urgent care. Save yourself some time and just go a mile and a half away from this office, at Vancouver urgent care.
The Legacy Go Health facility on Chkalov Drive is the best urgent care service in Vancouver! Everyone on the staff is caring, friendly, and provides top-shelf care. The facility is always very clean and comfortable, and the online save my spot system works great. Ive never had to wait much, if any, past my scheduled time.
The front desk girls have horrible horrible customer service. I went in with an emergency after I had been seen there a week prior for a rash. They prescribed me steroids. The doctor told me to come back in if the steroids don’t work to do blood work. I walked in without an appointment because it is an urgent care, that’s the whole point of it, to get urgent treatment. The front desk people told me to join the list and told me the only way they could get me is if they have a no show. They had a horrible attitude, very monotonous voice, weren’t helpful at all. I asked if it would be better to get an appointment at a different location, they told me they don’t know and didn’t try to be helpful at all.
Awful experience with the pediatric nurse today. We was not gentle or caring at all. Her attitude sucked as if she was pissed she had to be at work. She barely swabbed my daughter’s nose for her flu and Covid test and made my daughter feel extremely uncomfortable. The doctor wasn’t great either. We weren’t greeted when we got there or treated with kindness. As we left, they just ignored that we were even leaving… no “have a nice day” or any final farewell. We were treated like we were a nuisance and aa id they were irritated we were even there. I have never left a negative review for anybody no matter how bad my service was but this was just unacceptable. Our healthcare system just doesn’t care anymore and it is deeply saddening.
I visited 2 locations (Cascade Park & Salmon Creek), both times the receptionists, nurses, and Dr. Curran were delightful. My situation was physically uncomfortable and Dr. Curran was very understanding of that. Instead of telling me what he thought should be done w/o any flexibility, he asked if I agreed. I let him know the problem felt worse than it looked. So he changed his plan of action. In the end it wound up being exactly what was needed. I couldnt have asked for a more validating and attentive medical team!
The front lady is super unprofessional, her job is literally tell you they are book for the day and if you want another appointment for next day 🤷🏽♀️I’m going there because is important and my daughter need to be see a soon as possible if I want an appointment for next day im taking her the pediatrician! The provider the day was very nice and professional and send us to Randall, our bill after insurance was $90 just to be told to take my daughter to Randall, next time I’m just driving straight to Randall, my daughter only needed antibiotics for the infection!
I personally did not visit here but my sister and my niece went in this morning as a walk in due to my 8 year old niece having strep throat and being in so much pain she was crying in the lobby and spent almost 4 hours waiting with no end in sight and nothing but snobby comments from the girl upfront about not having an appointment. I ended up taking her to the emergency room and spent LESS time checking in, getting tested, waiting for results and getting medication than they did sitting at this urgent care.I think what bugs me the most is that regardless of an appointment or not, a crying in pain CHILD should be more of a priority. Especially since the simple act of testing her, took less than 5 minutes. The emergency room staff also thought so when I explained the situation.
This place is a scam and rip off ,they make you sign a back up payment option and charge what ever for absolutely providing no service. When I called them first to ensure they can give me a certificate they said they can do that once I went in they made me sit for 5 minutes and said they dont provide those services and then 2 months later they charge insane amount on my backup payment saying I signed that . Once again shame on them to exploit and rip off with no mercy in this economy.
False advertising. Website and automated phone line will tell you they are currently accepting walk ins to their walk in urgent care clinic but when we called an hour before close to double check and let them know we were on our way and almost there, they informed us they would turn us away because they were at capacity to be able to close on time. If you don’t have staff willing to stay to take care of your patients, then please change your check in times so people don’t get the wrong information when they are seeking medical attention.
Ive gone to this location since it first opened and Im sorry to say as of April 2024 it has gone downhill. My child waited over 3 hours for a previously scheduled appointment with only two patients in the lobby the entire time, 6 nurses plus the acting receptionist as well as the doctor in for that day. They forgot to run test and came back to fix it while discharging us. I could hear the employees socializing and saw them showing photos from their phones to one and another for long periods of time.We then received a printed prescription that the pharmacy could not honor due to lack of due process on Legacys end, causing us to drive back to have a new one printed in order to begin the recommended treatment. The summary is that this is no longer quick and in my most recent experience I must say that we did not feel especially cared for. I hope they can do better in the future.
All of the staff were very kind and listened to my concerns. The receptionist was also very helpful checking me in. I also really appreciated the follow up phone calls as tests came back. Over all a very great place!
Very rude receptionist on what is inevitably an awful day already for a client if they are going to urgent care. Treat people better.Just like another reviewer mentioned, the automated phone thing says they are accepting walk ins and then when you arrive the snarky receptionist tells you they’re full.
10 for sure! I had an appointment but still had to wait a bit but that was okay because once you saw the doctor no feeling but wonderful listening and examining and helping me!❤️
Despite not having an appointment, the staff was able to see me for my dog bite injury. Everyone was so kind. They stayed late to make sure I had everything I needed.
Amazing experience here! I can never get a same day appt with my Primary Care Physician so I went to Go Health with an urgent but non-emergency need to see a doctor quickly. I signed in, they performed a quick lab test and I was in a room within 10 minutes. A few minutes later, a doctor came in with a diagnosis and prescription. I will never go anywhere else for an urgent care need. All the staff was friendly, compassionate, and helpful. I love this place!
My nephews appointment was at 6:30pm but we were in the area earlier and decided to stop by to see if he could be seen earlier because of the weather (we didnt want to be on the road too long) The receptionist was very friendly and understanding, she accommodated us right away and he was the next patient to be seen. He was given his prescription and we were on our way home within an hour.
Had a spot saved at 8 am so right when they open and got taken care of pretty much immediately. Everyone was super friendly to me and my 6 year old. Overall pleasant experience compared to the other locations.
Had an appointment set a few days prior to visit. In the lo by there were 4 patients myself included. As I had moved through the line the gal in front of me was asked if she had an appointment. She said no but that she had a sore throat and red spots on her eyes. She was taken straight to a room. I was next to be checked in and I was asked by an attendant if I had an appointment. I said yes. She asked my name and then said I needed to go wait out in my car and they would text me. I asked if I should get checked in since I was next in line and the guy in front of me was finishing up. I was told no and to go wait outside in my car. Needless to say they did not keep my appointment time. 😒 Others continued to be checked in as I waited. This is my first time at this location. Have had much better experiences with myself and family at the Hazel Dell center. I was called and told they were going to send someone out to take some tests which they did through my car window. They read my temp at 95 so I guess I am close to hypothermic. Patient expectations and management could certainly be improved here.
A very nice young lady checked me in. I was in and out in minutes. The doctor was very nice. I like that you can hold your spot online. The wait was minimal.
The staff took time to listen and understand my issues. Provided excellent feedback and service. Provided care and explained everything to ensure my understanding.
Amazing experience here! It was a walk-in, I was not feeling well and as soon I signed in, they took my blood pressure and EKG, and they called an ambulance. Warmest thanks to efficient and friendly staff.
I’m happy that I walked as walk-in and they served me with Welcoming, attentive and caring receptionists and doctors. Thank you.
I have mixed feelings about the medical staff. While I like the doctors and back office personnel, the front desk workers attitude and work ethic need improvement.
Last time I used this location the visit and care aspect were fine. However, it took nearly 7 full days and me going back in person to get my prescription sent to be filled three days after I received my lab results - which still had not been reviewed by the care team. When I explained the situation- firmly, with frustration, not rude or over the top by any means- the person at the desk was snarky and short with me.When people need medicine to clear up infections and relief symptoms that are uncomfortable, these situations should be addressed in a timely manner and the person seeking relief should be treated as a human. Going elsewhere from now on when I dont want to wait a week or more for an appointment with my Primary.
Had a deep cut on my boyfriends hand to the bone. After hours in the ER with him bleeding in the waiting area we ran here 30 minutes till close! They took him right in and were so kind and caring. The staff at close on 8/10/2021 were phenomenal. We can’t thank them enough ❤️
The staff was super friendly and they take care of me. I was feeling super bad, but the help me, and explain everything I need to do to feel better.
Checked in around 620pm on a Monday and the notice board said my wait time would be about 1hr 20 minutes. Not even 10 minutes later, the nurse called me up saying there was a no show so they would see me then. After some quick intake, they let me into a room and a few minutes later the nurse came to take vitalsShortly after, the PA came in with an MSA To do the evaluation. I had a minor sprain, which required an x-ray. This was also done very efficiently. In all, my visit took less than an hour, which is pretty impressive considering many ER wait times are over 3 hours. The Legacy website even lets you reserve time slots. I didnt take advantage because I didnt know what time I could get there but I imagine that would have made my visit even faster. It was my first time using urgent Care and Ill definitely use Legacy again if needed. All the workers were very professional and friendly.
Rude staff, they delay treatment. Oh and they use art to practice medicine not science according to the provider. Which is probably why my care was delayed, because I needed lab results which is biology & science not art……..
Competent and friendly medical care. My dog bite was cleaned and bandaged perfectly.
Charged $203.68 after receiving no services. Went in because I was having a hard time with Covid. Ive had twice before and usually was mild enough that just resting a few days took care of it. This time however, it was really kicking my butt so I went in to see if there was *anything* they could prescribe to help me. I couldnt sleep, I was burning up, I was achy to the point I couldnt lay down. I went in, the doctor asked if I took the Covid at home test and if I tested positive and I said yes. She said so what do you want us to do? ...I dont know, youre the doctor who studied for years on how to treat patients, can you prescribe anything or give me advice on how to manage this awful illness? No, theres nothing, go home and rest. I was at the clinic a total of about 20 minutes. Was given no medical advice, no medication, nothing. Charged $203 for this? I know this is probably more of a condition of the entire medical industry which is more interested in money grabbing that actually providing patient care, but my advice to others looking to go here is be ready to pay for not receiving any services.
It was not a walk-in,I had an appointment. The staff was great,I really liked my NP Crystal Bensen! She was super nice and helpful! I was done with my appointment and received a prescription within 45 minutes. Next time I need some medical attention,I will come here again.
Very friendly atmosphere, attentive, professional, the next day, as the doctor said, I was completely fine!!! Many thanks to them 🙏 I recommend for everyone!
Everyone was super nice. The only problem was I made my apt at 3 and I didnt get seen until 4:45. What is the point of making an apt.
I was seen for severe bronchitis by Dr. Chris and he took his time to treat it and answered all my concerns or questions during my stay. I got a next day appointment and Im recovering ready to go back to work in a few days. I highly recommend this Legscy-GoHealth for any urgent matter. Great staff and very clean. Receptionist was so helpful and kind.
Online and the phone message said walk ins welcome- the bloated fat indian chick at the front desk was rude - no joke she says there are no openings and we are going to lunch and we are here 12 hours a day and we deserve a lunch and then gave me a paper with a few other urgent care facilities. sure they have some nice staff but that fatty needs to learn some manners with the people who pay her bills.
Accepts Medicaid. WA Apple Health Molina. Tried this location as Memorial is closed. Treated & home in about an hour! Made an appointment a day prior for 5:15pm as I can’t miss work. Friendly staff, through nurses, knowledgeable Dr’s. my experience with Dr Pam P Liu was very pleasant. Located in the plaza on Chkalov across from Trader Joes. Addition: went in yesterday as a drop in after 5:30 pm my wait was only an hour for a rapid step test without an appointment. Dr. David was kind through and great care!
Impact leg wound treated with care and concern for my pain level. Medical professionals that treated me had great sense of humor and were as gentle as possible to get the job done. Explained after care carefully and provided everything I need to take care of the wound until follow up with my primary care doctor. Many thanks.
I took my 13 year old in, he told me it was his best doctor visit ever. It was our medical assistant. She had to take some blood via finger pokes, and we had playful banter and laughed through the whole visit. I appreciate the amazing bedside manner from all three women that helped us today.
Had the most AMAZING experience today with Cheryl checking in for my teenage son. It goes without saying that there are many people who show up to an urgent care and are nervous or uncomfortable for some reason or another, so it can really go a long way making someone at ease when the first person you interact with is friendly, attentive, caring and service oriented. Thank you Cheryl and good job GoHealth!!
Management should seriously consider sending the folks they have working the front desk facing clients to a refresher training on how to talk to people. I called before coming in and was told by the automated system walk-ins were being accepted, then when entering the facility was immediately ridiculed by the woman at the front for not having saved a spot. I barely even said hello before she started her verbal lashings. Learn some basic social skills, or go stock shelves at Walmart during the graveyard shift. Healthcare workers are supposed to provide compassionate care.
We saw Tammy for my 15 month old today. I didn’t catch the medical assistants name but definitely plan to call and find out. First of the medical assistant didn’t even question my request for a throat swab. She was very fast getting the swab and the vitals despite my baby screaming and kicking during the pulse ox. I’m a first time mom and medical personnel have often brushed me off. No one at the location was rude or non attentive. They were kind, extremely fast in a good way. I can not rave enough about the experience I had here. THANK YOU for restoring my faith in the healthcare system.
Overall very grateful for the care received here. Dr. Mark and his assistant did a great job taking care of my 3.5 year old who needed stitches. Its not easy doing any sort of treatment on a toddler so really appreciated there care, patience and humor through it all.
Awesome experience here when all the other clinics in town were booked. Tammi, the NP, looking after my daughter was empathetic, caring and listened carefully. She had incredible bedside manner, and I felt so comfortable with her. The check in process was efficient and fast. The clinic itself is very clean and comfortable. I love this place!
I had an appointment for my special needs son at this office, he was involved in a car accident. This was fri sept 8th. The lady that checked us in was rude! I gave her information on both the cars involved in the accident and she stated out loud “you can’t give me some one else’s information, that’s fraud” I was very concerned for my son-and was very anxious for him, but this was not a good experience. This place needs better staff! I feel like the majority of the staff that work there are rejects and can’t find employment any where else due to their attitude. Don’t go there.
I truly love this clinic so clean and the people her are so friendly! Very kind and understanding of patients needs! There is one in particular I just love seeing when I’m here even if I’m in the worst mood ever and not feeling great at all she makes me feel very good. She’s very kind very easy to talk to you very easy-going always happy, and I truly appreciate that, especially coming to a place like this because most people who come to places like this aren’t feeling the greatest order injured or hurt and I have somebody like that to take care of. You is truly amazing!! Her name is Metty I believe and she is truly a phenomenal woman! Thank you legacy go health Chakalov for all your hard work and dedication to your patients it’s truly appriceated!!Cassie
The MA Yajaira was very nice and thorough (especially with my med list and point of care testing). The MA Alena check me in she was very nice and fast! Laorence my provid explained things in detail. Not only diagnosed me turns out exactly the way he explained it! He was so nice. My overall experience was 10/10. Thank you for taking the time to see me and helping me when I needed it most.
All the stuff is very NICE!👌 they treat me like a human being, after visiting legacy- GoHealth Urgent Care i felt so much better and of course Ill be back if i need to,Thank you! Legacy urgent care 🤟
After trying to find a clinic that was accepting walk-ins, I contacted the Cascade Park go health and their automated system said they were accepting walk-ins. I arrived at the facility and was told that I would have to wait to join a list until 2pm because they didnt have any walk-in availability and the wait would be over 4 hours. It seems like the office staff procedures and the automated services dont align at the Cascade locatiom- this can be challenging for parents or individuals trying to find clinics with available walk-in slots. If walk-ins have to wait to get an appt, that is not considered a walk-in and it would be helpful if the automated services transcribed correct information!
We drive down from Salmon Creek (passing multiple other urgent cares on the way) specifically to go to the pediatric urgent care. We have used the services for our two kids 4 or 5 times for illness and now stitches removal. Our pediatrician often cant see patients within the same week. There are always fast appointments, either same day or next day. The wait times are very short. The staff take the time to listen to every concern and are so kid friendly. We really appreciate having these services available and recommend them to everyone we know with kids.
Friendly and efficient staff (even in the last hour of business - which is not easy). Got a quick enough exam and diagnosis that they were able to send my prescriptions off to the pharmacy and I had my meds before the pharmacy closed at 8. Thank you all for what you do.
Ive taken my child to this urgent care several times and theyve failed to do their jobs. This most recent time we brought her in to be tested for RSV and they refused to test. Took her to Randalls, and wow shes RSV positive. If they had tested we wouldve known sooner, its not about the treatment, its about as her parent KNOWING. They have also failed to diagnose ear infections leading to ruptured ear drums for her as well. If you care about your child and their health, take them elsewhere, this place is not fit to look after children.
Once i set up an appointment it went very smooth and fast.
Provider was great, would definitely see her again. With the exception of the person (with purple hair) that roomed me, staff was rude. I needed a prescription for a substitute medication after the initial med was out of stock. The pharmacy sent a message at 10am, i called twice and still, my concern wasn’t addressed until 630pm. Messages, even medication related seem to hold the lowest priority. Once you leave, if you need anything from them, it would probably be faster and easier to just make another appointment or go somewhere else.
I waited 1 hour to be seen even though I had an appointment. The doctor (NP) came in, spent less than 2 minutes with me. Refused to look at my throat (where the problem was) for more than about a second, said nothing looks wrong, refused to look at photos I took of the issues I was having (where the problem is visible) because she said it would gross her out/make her gag, (shes a doctor??), and told me shed give me antibiotics and to go to my primary because she doesnt know. She just wanted to throw antibiotics + prescriptions at something she didnt know what it was and wasnt willing to look or test further. Not a simple bronchitis/pneumonia test, nothing. Easy money for them, and Im none the wiser. What the actual...
Last minute appointment, friendly check in, taken back immediately. Nurse was helpful when my son was upset about having his vitals taken, brought in bubbles to make him smile. Doctor musselman was very kind and efficient. In and out within 40 minutes. Thank you for everything.
I went in with a smashed thumb (car door), it happened the evening prior and I scheduled an appt with you guys since you were close to my job. I was in a lot of pain and very leery of “urgent care clinics”. But wow the second I walked in I was treated so well, the faculties ar e small but nice and well maintained, better than anywhere I’ve gone in the past 6 years I’ve been back in the NW. from start to finish- check in was easy and I was greeted and treated very well and they were equal to everyone around me. Then my intake gal came in and was fast while being very kind, followed by PA L. Peterson. I was hesitant about the treatment I might need and she made me feel at east and took away 80% of my pain all in about 10 minutes! She was confident and informative and did an excellent job on my thumb. It’s been 4 days and I can already bend it and the swelling has gone down dramatically. The X-ray tech was also superb -fast, but attentive . And I love that they could just push the X-ray machine in the room. What an awesome visit! I left their feeling so much better. A big THANK YOU to all off you ladies!!!!
Ruby & Jarrod were exceptional!Incredibly caring, supportive, with awesome humor.I was lucky to have them take great care of me. I felt like they were on my team during my entire stay! Its great that there are people like Ruby & Jarrod!
This was my first experience and it was a pleasant one. They staff was all kind, they truly listened to me and addressed my concerns. I had a same day appointment and arrived 10 minutes early, but was seen right away. The facility was very nice and clean. I felt like my concerns were thoroughly addressed and I even received a paper copy of my test results and a note for my work. I understand how difficult it is right now in the medical feild with staffing shortages, higher demand for care, etc- thank you for being there for the community despite that.
This place is going down hill. My previous visit they didn’t sanitize the room transitioning between patients. This time I saw the front desk sort of push away a woman stating that they were behind. When it was just me and 2 other people. One was leaving.Anyways my visit. I was there for throat pain. I went because it hurt to swallow, drink water, breathe type of sore throat. That I’ve had for days. Negative at home covid test. So I figured test for strep. Easy? They do the swabs and say the doctor (crystal bensen) will be in. The swab tests usually take average 15min. Every time I’ve been there the doctor has always come in while we are waiting for the results. Or came in with the results. The doctor NEVER came! The whole time I’m sitting in the room you can hear the lobby is quiet. But you could hear faint laughter and the employees chatting away. I see why now they’re behind. It’s pretty pathetic to be sitting in the room and you get a notification on your phone with your test results! And still no doctor!! Then I get another notification on my phone of my after visit summary!!! How can they have my after visit summary when the doctor hasn’t even seen me! The doctor never even looked at my throat or felt my lymph nodes! Meanwhile they’re just hanging out. I see why the place was empty on a Saturday. They didn’t want to work! Looks like I’ll be needing to find a new urgent care.
The. Staff in the clinic was very friendly helpful. The pediatrician. Very good 👍
The staff was excellent. The doctor is very nice and took time with me. Bring able to schedule an appointment online is great so you can s pod the wait time. Id recommend this clinic.
I had went in with a bad cough and wheezing and they found out what was wrong took time to do X-ray on my chest to see if there was phemomia there wasnt anything but I have sinusitis they put me on meds and inhaler for wheezing glad they didnt rush me out the door it was a good experience ty Dr
Had a 7pm appointment, arrived at 6:45pm...and even at 7:28pm was still not seen by anyone. I left.
Dr. Mark has seen 2 of my daughters in the last month. He is very sweet, attentive, and thorough. The staff there is also very kind. Have had two great experiences and will continue to go to them when need be.
I walked in to Legacy Urgent Care on Thanksgiving Morning. The staff was great, helpful walking me through admitting . I had just moved from another state . The staff was so kind and considerate. Giving experience to help with my medical need. I am grateful my insurance directed me to Legacy Urgent Care, They are top tier Thank You
Everyone at this location was so unbelievably kind, I was honestly a little shocked. The wait sucked, but its Urgent Care so I expected it. The nurse was very nice and calmed my nerves, and the doc was so personable and relatable. She asked me how I felt more comfortable doing things, even though they were super busy. If I ever go to UC again, this will be the spot I go to.
If you dont have a severe issue, they will stick you in a room and force you to wait for a long time without communicating anything to you.nurse gave me a very rude condescending look as i just decided to leave and give my spot away.there was no communication about my issue not being severe enough, she just happily wasted both my time and theirs, and looked at me like IM stupid for trying to get help.even on days when i had to come here for more serious issues, ive left feeling condescended, and gaslit.in a nutshell, as a whole, they dont care about their patients or see them as people.its just another job to them, and we are numbers.**edit**to add context, i stubbed my toe on a solid plank of wood and can hardly walk on it.im assuming that me saying the words stubbed toe is what made her assume it was nothing.terrible place. terrible person.she could have used the time she made me wait to actually help someone who needed it more than me, but instead, she decided to sit back and not help anyone at all.extremely unintelligent lady.to top it all off, my pcp actually helped me a month after this, and confirmed it is broken.thanks for nothing legacy.
Dr. Mark s Musselman exceeded my expectations. His experience and care was what I needed for my 6 year old sick son. Ive been to many go health clinics and seen many doctors but this one was special. Such a caring Doctor I felt so happy knowing he diagnosed my son correctly, and even noticed how pale he was when i didnt notice it . He paid attention very well and for a mom this means a lot. He is the best go health Doctor.
The staff was kind and it was easy to get an appointment for my daughter. We were able to secure an appointment online for 30 minutes after her injury occured. We had no wait time and staff was very attentive. I appreciated having urgent care available on a Sunday evening.
I went there in a bind in a very high level of persistent dental pain. Having found no adequate PCP that can ever see me within a weeks notice this place is a lifesaver!! Staff was very friendly, helpful, caring and professional.
Ability to save an appointment online. Fast and courteous service from the staff and physician. The Dr. listened to my problem, asked relevant questions, and addressed my problem with clear and easy to understand language. I left the office satisfied and confident that all of my questions were answered thoroughly.
Total Joke, only ONE provider during flu and respiratory season. ONE... Walk ins are encouraged but have to wait forever in hopes that an appointment cancels, (they forget to tell me that) All excuses. This doc in the box store sucks...
Crystal Benson was very professional, helpful, and informative. She addressed my concerns as well as provided important information for me on some medication I had been prescribed by my primary care (my primary care didn’t even tell me this information!) I truly felt that Crystal had my best interest as a patient in mind and explained the next steps I should take in following up with my primary care. Thanks Crystal!
I had sliced the top of my hand at work with a paper cutter and it was deep enough that I needed medical attention which likely included stitches. My husband had come here a few days before for an injured toe (turned out to be a broken toe) and had a really positive experience. So this is where we headed when I needed care. I obviously didn’t not have an appointment but everyone who was present when I arrived with my injury was super kind and helpful. They were able to see me immediately and take care of me. Both the Nurse and NP(Bill) were personable, empathetic, kind, caring, patient and informative. Despite having a high tolerance for pain, I was extremely nervous and anxious about getting stitches as I had never been injured or needed urgent care for an injury. They walked me through what was going to happen and when. I feel so confident in their care and my experience that if myself, my husband or kids ever needed care that we didnt need an ER for, wed be happy to return here.
Will never go back. So disappointed since I have had previously great experiences at Legacy. But this place puts policy over patient mental health and comfort. My SO struggles with anxiety and doctors appointments are very difficult for him. For that reason I attend every appointment so I can hear, take notes and sooth him if needed. This is the first time we have ever been told that only he can be seen and I had to wait in the car. We tried to explain why, but these people ONLY care about their policy. Even during the height of COVID, every doctors office has made exceptions. This place is more about lording their “power” over people than caring for patients. Shameful!
Yesterday morning I went to Legacy-GoHealth Urgent Care. Did not have an appointment. There is signage stating Walk-ins Welcome. I went in, no body in chairs. I needed to see someone right away. I was there at 10:00am, I went to check in, and was told I needed an appointment and could I come back at 3:00pm. I made the appointment. I found another Urgent Care to help me. You need to rename your business as you are not Urgent Care. Thank goodness I found some one else. Will never come to your business.
Provider was great, medical assistant that took my vitals, awesome as well. Other than Sharminda/Charminda? From front desk, may need additional people skills. No empathy or regard for sick people.
Some unhealthy looking employee was so concerned about my mask, but staff was apparently not bound by current regulations. This was disgusting. How are you going to enforce masks only for patients and let staff get away with it.Skip this location.
Took my daughter today and the staff was amazing and professional the doctor seems to really care about whats going on ! I believe mark was the doctor and he was so polite and kid friendly my daughter is normally scared of the doctors but she was very comfortable here . Thank you all ! If i ever need an urgent care again this would be my first choice .
I’d give this place a negative if I could. Can’t speak to the care aspect because when my son went in with severe headache, dizziness and vomiting, they turned him away and said to come back in an hour after their lunch break. Lunch break?! Are you serious?! What about this place is urgent? Just a bunch of people more concerned with eating than public health. If you go make sure to not do so between 11-1. The only way you’ll get in the door is if you have a Chipotle delivery. Good thing the place not too far from there saw him and administered a cat scan. Avoid this place for anything that needs “URGENT” care.
Staff was friendly and kind. I like when doctors are thorough and educate the patient. My fiancee went to another urgent care 1 week earlier and we had completely different experiences. His practitioner was really nice, but performed no tests and concluded he must have allergies. You performed a strep test, confirmed it was negative and diagnosed me with viral laryngitis. It just so happened that his co-worker had that 2 weeks ago. I definitely feel like I had a better experience
Stopped by this location because my 13 year old was experiencing dizziness, severe headache, and nausea only to be told the staff was going on lunch and that I should bring him back in an hour. To me, this is unprofessional and the staff lacks the ability to care for patients in a time of need. We are visiting from Colorado so this was the first place we could think of to take him and found myself extremely upset that they turned a minor who was obviously in discomfort away for LUNCH. Unacceptable. Additionally, this seems to be a common trend with this office. I see that someone else has a similar complaint from four weeks ago.
The customer service that everyone displayed during my visit was top-notch! You have a great team there to help
Went to this location on 4/23 a Saturday evening at 7:15pm. The staff was very rude and unprofessional. They told my husband they were not accepting any ppl because they had appts and could not accept walk ins. There was no one in the lobby and no patients there for the 20 minutes we were there. When I went in and asked if in Washington state urgent cares were allowed to refuse patients when there was no one in the waiting room, one of the nurses moved forward to stand right in front of me and address me in a confrontal manner. She spoke for the nurse I was trying to talk to and told me that because they had appts that evening they were not accepting any walk ins for the rest of the evening. All my husband asked was that someone examine, look in to, his nasal cavity to see if there was still some food lodged in there because he was in a lot of distress and having serious nasal problems. We did not have insurance but offered to pay cash yet we were turned away. At least I was allowed to use the restroom.
I came in to get an ankle injury checked out and they said to just use Tylenol. the incompetence of the nurse here was absolutely insane. she was incredibly unfriendly and acted like i was wasting her time. I dont know what you expect me to do. i have not had worse customer service in my life. do NOT go here.
Came in with severe stomach pain. The doctor was very kind and diagnosed me with gallstones and recommended I go to the ER if I got worse or did not get better. The nursing staff however was not so kind. They treated me like a diseased animal when they found out I had previous tested positive for covid. After the doctor saw me I became nauseated while they were trying to figure out their computer system to make me an appointment for lab work. Upon telling them I was naseas and asking for the bathroom I was stared at like I had just insulted their ancestors before they eventually told me where it was located on the back of the office. Sad to say I did not make it fully to the toilet before throwing up. I walked out and informed them of the situation and said I was deeply sorry for making a mess but really I could not hold it in any longer and again I was only greeted with judgemental stares. One if the girls walked me out of the building and when she re-entered the building loudly exclaimed Not it! in what I assume was regarding cleaning up the vomit on the bathroom floor that I left.I ended going to the ER the next day and was hospitalized due to pancreatitis caused by gallstones and had emergency gallbladder surgery 2 days later and hospitalized for 5 days total...I also never received any phone calls or emails regarding scheduling lab tests from the urgent care like they said I would after they had computer system issues but glad to say the hospital I ended up in after this event took care of their unfinished business.
If your in real pain don’t go to this clinic. I had my hand reattached 45 years ago and have developed bone degrading arthritis in it. My regular doctor prescribed prednisone but told me if I needed a pain killer I would have to go to an urgent care because he couldn’t prescribe it over the phone. I went to this clinic and the doctor not only wouldn’t give me anything for the pain she flat out lied to me telling me that prednisone was a pain killer. It does help relieve pain over several days of use but it is no pain killer. I was up all that night putting ice on my hand and wrist and holding it under cold water. It was three days before the prednisone started to work. Three long days of being in severe pain. The doctor told me they don’t usually prescribe a pain killer for severe arthritis or gout because pain killers are addictive. How many people do they get in that have had an amputated hand reattachment? I’m very careful with pain killers and my own doctor knows because I’ve turned him down on prescribing them to me several times because I wasn’t at the level of pain that Tylenol or ibuprofen couldn’t take care of. This place is a joke, the doctors have no problem lying to patients and I’ll never go back.
I am going to have to give this place a five star rating because my experience for me was excellent. The day before, I went over after shopping at Trader Joes and the guy at the front desk booked me an appointment right away and was very kind and professional. Anyways, the day of my appointment, I arrived and the staff were very kind and I was seen in less than 10 minutes-unheard of for urgent care. I am glad the nurse told me and called in for an emergency room visit right away. I must have lucked out all day(thank you God) because when I arrived at the ER, I was seen in less than 10 min-extremely rare for an ER visit! They did lots of tests. My 4 hour stay at the ER was pleasant. Even more, the hospital was quiet because there were very few patients.
Have been here twice recently with my 3 year old, was very pleasantly surprised. Short or no wait time if you book same day appt online. This location has pediatric drs on staff, kid friendly rooms and is very good with young kiddos. Great experience overall, which is a huge shock for an urgent care.
I had an emergency and needed stitches for my wound which was pretty bad. they treated me like gold, were very kind and helpful. The doctor who treated me was very caring and genuine, if i have another reason to go to the urgent care clinic. i know where i am going from now on. Thanks DR Crystal Benson.Sincerest wishes David Allen Niquette.
Place was DEAD when I walked in at 3:30 today. No people in que, no people in any of the rooms. I was hoping to schedule an appointment because I had my dog with me and needed to run her home. I get home right before 4, tried to schedule - no joy. “Gonna have to wait until tomorrow or I’m always welcome to go the ER,” they said. I know I can’t blame the people who decided to rush an Urgent Care all at once nor can I blame the staff at that Urgent Care. What I take issue with is the attitude. The lack of helping me to a solution BEFORE they got slammed. I was semi-prescient in trying to schedule an appointment at Urgent Care but they wouldn’t allow me to do that, then & there. So now I’m left to sit in a Covid-infested waiting room for three hours (where they are also slammed) instead! Yeah health care system in the US! It’s just…it’s just great.
I have had to go to the Legacy Go Health Urgent Care for a couple of issues now. I freaking LOVE this place! Hands down the best Urgent Care experience. The staff is exceptional and I have never had the same people twice, its always a NEW wonderful staff. They hire quality solid people and it shows!! Oh ya the office is sleek state of the art, need an x-ray? They just wheel in the machine right then. No waiting or going somewhere else to get it done.I couldnt be happier with them💓
Love the ease of making an appointment online and getting text and email confirmation. Everyone was friendly and efficient. The doctor I saw was sweet, attentive and concerned. I had to be sent to another clinic to get a particular type of X-ray that couldn’t be done here. They got me in right away and this sweet doctor reviewed X-rays online and we were set. Much appreciate the extra care. Will gladly return when needed.
Came in twice this last week for myself, and another time before for my 2 year old son. Its the best urgent care Ive ever been to. Way better than ER for non life threatening matters. Staff is friendly, patient, and kind. Doctors take their time with you, not just trying to get you a prescription and out but listen carefully and diagnose thoughtfully. Always very clean, even the bathrooms were superior in cleanliness. I prefer this to even my regular doctors office!
I usually love the service here. However I just had one of the worst experiences in my life.To start off with, I received a prescription however it was the WRONG prescription. The pharmacy had me call urgent care to fix it. Should be an easy solution, right?Well whoever was on the phone with me was EXTREMELY rude and lacked customer service etiquette. She told me that the person who could help was on lunch. No problem. That was 3 hours ago. I called them back to get an update being that it’s 4:30 on a Saturday and the pharmacy closes at 6. I kid you not, I called 20 times!!!!!! And received no answer!!!!!! This is absurd. It’s a mistake on their end and they’re not only rude and condescending but don’t care at all about their patients. Go elsewhere for proper care and if you want someone that will actually care for your health. Worst service I have received.
Partially the US health care system’s fault but mostly this business specifically. I told them I was having trouble breathing, among other symptoms and also told them I don’t currently have insurance they said “okay well it’s going to be $165 up front” which I’m sorry but it’s insane bc I know how much the testing and medication would be on top of it. Literally told me a covid test would be $240????? They are $20 at Walgreens so why? They said they could not treat me without full up front payment. I am pretty sure this is illegal because they have no idea wether or not this is an emergency without inspection and I only spoke to receptionist. I bet many people have been turned away with much worse consequences than I had. I ended up going to the ER near by and they helped me find a financial solution and obviously treatment. I have INFLUENZA A. Which can absolutely present huge risk factors, imagine if I had asthma or pneumonia something in addition to the flu? Even when I had insurance, I’ve gone to Legacy before and I would not recommend it. Still incredibly expensive for greedy, minimal, lacking in empathy care. Again not even entirely their fault just an example where capitalism is very strong but also! Illegal. Go somewhere else.
My daughter sprained her ankle and even though we hadnt signed in they got us right in and treated her. She felt safe and I felt that the doctors and care and front staff were not only knowledgeable but caring for us and our needs. Thank you so much! This is the best urgent care I have ever been to!
It was the best DOT experience I have ever had and I have been having them for over 16 years. The nurses were great and the Doctor was very good and even apologized for me having to wait a little bit for her as she had an urgent situation come up during my exam.I thought that was very nice and totally understandable as my need was definitely not urgent.I will definitely be coming back to Go Health for my future DOT physicals and any other urgent medical needs that I dont want to have to go all the way to the Portland VA hospital for.
Accurate diagnosis, short waiting time, politeness, competence of the doctor.
Legacy go health had help us sent an early next day appt when all others were full the afternoon prior, we were able to get in and out the next morning with a quickness as well as antibiotics for my daughter. Great service and help. Thank you.
Had a good time and Dave the PAC got me an appointment with my own clinic right away as my dog bite needed attention.. thanks for care I received it was quick and easy!!!!
I had to drive down from hillsboro oregon to here since im a washington resident and this place did not let me down! The MA’s were friendly and the Nurse was awesome. I had an appointment i was a little late and i was still roomed super fast and everything went by fast! I am a mom of 2 i had my kids waiting for me in the car …so Overall My experience here was great …i definitely recommend!!
Super grateful for this Urgent Care, and we absolutely love Dr. Mark Musselman (sweet last name, btw.) Anyways, my 5-year-old is very anxious, especially with medical visits, and Dr. Mark is able to calm him right down so we can get through the visit. If you get to read this Doctor, we were so relieved we got you to see again! Luck of the draw I guess :)
I came in here 04/30/2022. I had set up an appointment online and my domestic partner/care giver was with me. She helps me handle all my medical needs and when she asked to come back with me to help, the woman with colored hair(I didnt get her name) told me its there policy to only have one person in room. My partner tried to explain but the nurse shut her down and didnt care. Not sure if its really there policy or not but she was not friendly and dismissive of my needs. She came in the room 1 minute later and just asked what I was here for and I told her I need help articulating what I need with my partner and I asked to cancel the appt. they let me cancel the appt which was good without paying anything but I have been struggling for days and picked legacy because its always been so good to go to and this was not what Id ever had happen before. I still love legacy but will ask next time how extreme there covid policy is. Been along time and many appts through covid and Ive fortunately never been told my partner could not sit with me and help take notes and communicate with my provider.
Legacy-Go-Health Urgent Care is AWESOME!!! The team, the expertise by all on the team—administrative and medical—and the excellent care! Took my mom in for care. They treat you with heart and dignity while still being efficient so they can accommodate as many patients as possible!
This urgent care treated me so good. All of the personal were fabulous and they were really professional. The doctor solved my issues. I definitely recommend everyone to try them. 🙂
I would not bring your kids here as the lack of care and communication is pretty non existent. I brought my 3 year old daughter in 9/26 about an hour before closing due to possibly having a UTI and this clinic being the soonest she could be seen and wouldnt require me to miss work. Well of course she didnt want to go potty there and so I was told by the pediatric doctor and even given collection items to take home and could bring the sample back the next day or possibly contact our PCP and take it there. I brought it back there as I didnt want to start the whole process over with the PCP. When I arrived in the morning I was told the Dr didnt order any testing for the urine and they would need to talk to the Dr first. Well I finally get a call back to be told the Dr said there was no order because I needed to come back with my daughter and give the sample then. Seriously? Thats a lie. They took vitals etc and would have tested the urine the night we came in if she would have gone potty but now they want to change their story up and now my 3 year old daughter is still sick and could still have a UTI thanks to Legacy GoHealth. They should be named Legacy GoSomewhereElse for health.
The staff was fabulous! Extremely knowledgeable and caring! They were also fast, in a friendly, professional timely manner. This is the only location that I will visit for my urgent care needs.
The option to save my spot online was amazing! We were even a few min late due to traffic and the wait was less than 10 min to gether in and that was because she has never been seen. We were in and out with treatment and prescription in less than an hour. Friendly staff was major Bonus. Took my Mom in and they treated her so well!
I really appreciate they’re so nice and kind
I would give it a big ZERO star review if I could. I was feeling sick for about a week now, thought I could handle it, but when Im having difficulty in breathing, and lost my voice, spitting that nasty green mucus/phlegm, excessively, feeling horrible.I went to the Urgent Care Clinic there on Friday, May 6th. early in the morning just when they opened. I needed my husband to speak for me, the receptionist was rude, and asked me to step aside, sit at the seating area, because she wanted to check-in a patient, she disregard I was there first. Finally, I was asked to go in the examination room, and honestly they were more concerned about Covid testing & policy.Anyhow, I came back negative, so Dr. Parker seen me, and she briefly spoke with me, and me trying to explain about my concerns and symptoms. I am asthmatic trouble breathing. I havent slept, because it keeps me up coughing.I had fever on Thursday night. She listened to my heart, didnt check my throat nor ears, scan my back very quickly with the stethoscope. She was like you have a virus, a respiratory viral Infection, nothing I can do for you take over the counter medications, which I did, went across the street and bought Musinex spent $25.On Saturday night, I was burning with Fever, had a rough night. By Sunday, on Mothers Day, asking my husband to take me to ER, because Im having difficulty in breathing, keep coughing out the spectrum. Explained to the triage nurse, the very same symptoms I told Lecacy Go Health. Well it turns out, I was very sick and diagnosed with pneumonia.Thank you Legacy-GoHealth Urgent Care for putting your patients concerned not your priority. Think twice before coming here, I wish I would have went straight to ER.
I had such a great experience. The time slot scheduling online really made it convenient and quick. The long 3hr waits with 1st come 1st serve is awful when you dont feel well. The environment was clean and I felt safe not having to sit in a crowded waiting room. The staff was friendly and kind and the Dr. who saw me went above and beyond. Thank you for all you are doing in these strange times 💜
On Friday 1-28-22 I came to this clinic for a car accident. I dont have health insurance at the moment due to finances and new job. They told me I needed to have a claim number from the auto accident for insurance purposes. I made an appointment for Saturday 1-29-22 at 1030. I arrived at 1015 to get signed in. I explained that I was in the day before and the manager said I need the claim number which I now have. The people at the front desk said no you have to have insurance we dont take claim numbers. So now Im 2 days into this with major pain and chest pain, which was explained. You guys need to get your story straight or train your staff to act like Healthcare professionals not some off brand wannabe nurse with a certificate from a crackerjack box.
I had a knee replacement at Rebound. The surgery took 2 hours. I needed a covid test before I could have this surgery. I went to St Johns Peace health for this test. It took 2 DAYS! For this test to come back. This was 8 hrs to much for my surgery.Rebound sent me down to your urgent care. The staff was so nice, even when I was very mad about having to go get a test that I had taken 2 days before.I took my test, by the time I got back to Rebound my results were there. I was ready to get my surgery.Long story short....Covid test @ Legacy =15 minutesKnee replacement @ Rebound = 2 hoursCovid test @ St Johns =2 DAYSIm changing providers because of what you did for me.Thank you Connie Lyvinsov
The staff was amazing. They valued high quality personal care. the CNAs Understood their RFB and were very very sensitive to client need, and worked well with each other. The nurses valued one another, they gave meticulous attention to details, quick to answers questions of concern, spoke with kindness in their voices, quickly humored the stressed out person, carried themselves with dignity, were compassionate to all, and made my stay the best possible I could have received. Thank you!
Legacy Health Urgent Care - Cascade Park! This was such a great place! FANTASTIC staff as well as a very good doctor! I had never been to urgent care before but my husband had! It was so much better than going and sitting $ waiting at the hospital! They can do everything there! They xrayed mt foot and I found out it was not just a slight sprain but fractured!! They got me all fixed up in a walking boot and my foot instantly felt better!!I most highly recommend this place! It will be my #1 place to go for anything I have a question on.Michelle Brenner
I waited a little bit, but nothing to crazy..Nurse checked vitals, thoroughly and she was very nice. Doc came I., we chatted about the reason why I was in there. She checked me out, gave me some tips, prescription and I was out of there. Would be back if I need a doctor again for sure
I appreciate that I was able to reach someone at the clinic to discuss my issue & concern. The staff that answered my call was very kind & efficient, she knew I was concerned & in discomfort so she made it possible for me to get into the clinic that morning to be seen. I was so grateful. The Staff & Provider were all very kind, knowledgeable & considerate. Im Thankful for the Wonderful service I received.
The provider and staff were professional and friendly. The wait time was much less than expected at an urgent care clinic. Everything was explained well. The waiting area, patient room and restroom were clean and tidy. Very satisfied with my experience. Recommend it for anyone needing services that an urgent care clinic can provide. Thank you for your help. 😊
My visit on Sunday, Oct. 8 was a pleasant experience. The staff members were wonderful, all friendly, kind, patient and never rushed me. The facility is super clean and there was no waiting as I had an appointment. I left feeling I received the right diagnosis and suggested medication works well. I am new to the area and have not located a primary doctor as yet and I am grateful to have found Legacy. I highly recommend this location.
The people that work there are very caring and very professional. I appreciate all of you. I was there with a tooth infection because I wasnt able to get into my dentist for a week. I was in so much pain I couldnt stand it anymore but they got me In very quickly and took care of me. Thankyou, Dr. David Allen and the others who helped me. Oh and especially the lady who gave me a shot for pain then helped care for me when I was sick after! She was so sweet and and helpful.
If I could give this pathetic place negative stars, I would. Last year, I went there and was prescribed a medication that I badly needed. They never sent it to my pharmacy. I called easily a dozen times, but they either didn’t answer or promised to return the call. They didn’t return any of the calls before they closed. The next day, I tried again, with no luck. So I had Costco and GoHealth on 192nd call, thinking they would have better luck. I couldn’t drive to go back there in person. In desperation, I contacted my PCP and had her issue a new scrip. The old one never showed up. I never went back to Chkalov, though I’ve been to the one at 192nd with great results.Fast forward to today. My sister had an appt today at Chkalov, and told me that she was sure it would be ok. It wasn’t. Out of 2 scrips, only one was sent to be filled. My sister couldn’t drive so I tried to call several times and when Chkalov didn’t answer the phone or messages (no surprise), I went over to Chaklov in person. I took my sister with me but she was too Ill to get out of the car. When I went in to explain the problem, the dark haired woman at front desk refused to talk to me, or even to call the pharmacy to straighten the problem out bc I wasnt the patient. She also refused to accompany me to talk to my sister in the car, right outside. . She said I should have my sister call them — but, as noted above, they never answer the phone.I went back outside and was explaining the situation to my sister, when a calm, professional blond haired woman came outside and talked to my sister and me. She then went back inside and called the pharmacy and gave them a phone order for the med. Problem solved, thanks to her.Never again. Believe me when I tell you to go to GoHealth on 192nd for good care. Chaklov is definitely not worth the aggravation, even if it’s closer.Update 9/2023. Sister quite ill w/breathing problem. O didn’t want to take her here but she thought they’d be better than last time, but guess what? They were worse and they still don’t answer the phone. Go to 192nd facility. They’re still excellent and they immediately answer the phone,
I just spoke to a receptionist. She said she couldn’t help me book an appointment and had to do it online. I asked if I could go to the office and they could assist me there in booking it online. I tried to do it myself but it was confusing. The receptionist said, “no.” I hope our conversation was recorded. Furthermore, she proceeded to rush me off the phone and not help me. She hung up on me twice. I had to call back because I wasn’t finished asking questions. She needs to be retrained in customer service skills. I would mark 0 stars if I could. Very unhappy with the service today.
So happy with everyone who took care of my 6 year old son! The visit was quick and each person we spoke to was very professional and personable. I especially appreciate that though we came nearly at closing time and without an appointment, they squeezed my son in. THANK YOU for your kind hearts!
Doctor Eric and Jessica the medical assistant were so very kind and patient to my many questions. Jessica kept me smiling even though i felt terrible. She kept on point while always smiling and having a sincere look of concern of my well being, and still staying on top of her medical duty (perfect multitasker). Honestly pretty much every one I came into contact there did. I just happen to forget their names 😂😂😂. Over all it was superb care and fantastic staff. This will for sure be my staple location for urgent care needs.
My 77 year old mother came in with a broken ankle and ribs. They refused to see her because they had reached their quota for the day and told her to drive to Salmon Creek.I went in for a COVID test as this is a testing facility. Despite having an appointment, they refused to test me but were happy to bill my insurance company for doing absolutely nothing. I just received a bill from them to cover the co-pay for services not provided.Legacy is a scam and has proven they dont care about people that need medical help.
I was BLOWN AWAY at the respect that EVERY staff member showed me. Everyone was upbeat and helpful and I witnessed all staff helping each other to ensure efficiency as well as a great visit! I made the appointment online which made check in even quicker. I cant say enough positive things about my experience and am super grateful that legacy go health is an option for me!!! Thanks again
Ive brought my son in twice once for a emergency and the other time because his regular doctor couldnt see him for over a month. Both times we were greated with compassion and a smile. In and out within 20 minutes. Ive told all my friends and family this is way better than the ER.
I called so many urgent cares around and everybody said they couldnt fit us in for my sons injured finger/possibly broken and needed an x ray until the end of the week/next week. His PCP also didnt have appointments available. When I called here Vaughn squeezed us in and was so nice! I really appreciate him because i just didnt know what else to do besides take him to ER and i know they would make us wait long. Thanks Vaughn!!!
Every person here is amazing! Crystal the nurse practitioner is one of the kindest humans that have given me medical attention. She treated me with dignity and respect and had me laughing at myself. Go here!
The staff that was working that night was super friendly and accomodating. Our son was going through his first scary injury that required stitches and everyone on staff helped him feel safe and unafraid. I cant remember the names of them, but both the woman who helped us at the front and the doctor (David?) were very empathetic and understanding. Thanks!
I came in with hives and a swollen face. I went there hoping to avoid having to go to the ER. They got me in right away. The doctor was honest and let me know that theres still a chance id have to go to the ER but he did all he could so i might not have to. Im usually really uneasy about needles and needed a shot but the nurse was excellent and we were having such a nice chat that I hardly noticed the needle! Ended up not having to go to the ER which is always a blessing. Wish I could go there for everything health related. Id highly reccomend to anyone. Hives arent fun but you guys made my day
This is the MOST UNPROFESSIONAL place I have ever been to. We went here with appointments made to test for COVID 19, they denied is the test because we were suspected positive. Then what are you doing tests for? Only negatives? And if that is the case, why not inform the people that if you suspect positive they WILL NOT provide service. It is the worst feeling for a medical provider to deny patients service because they could be sick, it’s unethical and will be filing an official complaint. They even laughed at us for getting upset
Very good urgent care. They were kind and respectful. I was very well taken care of by Dr Robertson and his assistant.
I was able to get in and out of here in about an hour and a half. I was seen and treated by a wonderful staff. They treated me with kindness and dignity. They let me know what to expect with my wait time and my care. I would absolutely recommend.I have state health insurance and this level of care is unheard of in most clinics. Thank you.
Beware surprise medical billing with these folks. My visit was a generally good one, Ill admit, but more than a month after my visit I received a bill from a company Id never heard of it for nearly $400 for a knee brace (grandiloquently called a lower extremity orthosis on the invoice) I used once after my appointment here (it kept falling off). And why would I have felt I had to get more out of it? The nurse who gave it to me presented it as something that might help, but wasnt really necessary if I didnt find it useful. I had no idea the thing would cost so much, so how would I have known to refuse? Heres the state of health care in this country--now Ill have to think twice before any medical professional recommends anything to help.
Great team was awesome the doctor there was extremely helpful and best advice she gave. Shes in a great position for a reason to help out those that need it
Always receive excellent care when Im in a pinch & need attention outside of my primarys hours. Great, too, that if my needs are outside the scope of what can be done, they TELL you, then provide recommendations & options for obtaining additional care elsewhere. Very professional, prompt, courteous, & friendly. I highly recommend this facility to anyone, including my mother!
My appointment was bumped (by text) repeatedly. And staff were non compassionate about the situation.I made an online appointment for 1:23 pm. I received text confirmation and headed to appointment (12:55). When I arrived, I was told my appointment had been pushed out to 2pm for the “doctors mandatory lunch.”I was offered an appointment at another location by the front staff, then interrupted by a medical assistant that said there were no appointments with early time available at any location.I agreed to come back at 2:00.I received a text at 1:39 that said it’s almost my appointment time and they look forward to see me at 2:09. The time had changed by 9 minutes; though annoying it was not the big of deal.As I pull into the parking lot at 1:55 I received another text stating they look forward to seeing me soon for my appointment at 2:39.I walked into the clinic and asked if there was a mixup. I explained the previous situation and asked why my appointment had been bumped back 3 times now. At this time there were 2 patients, in once empty rooms. The medical assistant said they had 3 cardiac arrest patients today and were behind. However that was not the case 1 hour prior. The reason was the doctors lunch.I was told it would still be an additional 37-52 minute wait.I was in pain and already irritated by the continuous bump of my appointment. I did not wait. There needs to be better communication and appointment scheduling. Don’t take other people back before your scheduled appointments. Don’t lie with outrageous claims of why you can’t keep appoitments on time, block out a scheduled time slot for staff lunches on your scheduling, and also maybe give compassion to patients in pain.I will not be returning to the location. I will let family and friends know that Legacy GoHealth Urgent Care at Cascade Park is not compassionate, nor do I feel they care to make things right.
Very racist and incompetent. If you invite them for accountability they go very angry and “go karen”. They will call the police on you regardless of your already injury trauma and wasting resource in the city. The wanted me to end up as a women of color like “George Floyd”. When I asked them to give me in writing why they refuse to see me or to give me the reason they called the police on me even though it was not my fault for their inability to understand my accent or to “problem solve” the issues with their computers and their incompetent staff personnel “Tyler” who can’t think beyond his eyes in complex situations. Before the police arrived I asked them many times if they were going to charge my company for the visit they “refuse” to see me and they said “no” but the next day I went to another place we found out that “legacy urgent care” has already claimed themselves as “guarantor’s” on my insurance case so other clinics won’t be able to help me. Maybe they are indeed very incompetent as I suspected that they did not know how to “unclaimed themselves” as my “guarantor” after they refuse to see me. They lied to me twice and refuse to see me. When I made the appointment they said they were going to have a “Doctor” on Saturday but did not, they just want the money and business without giving you que amity care. They only had a RN. This people need to all take a break, get trained in diversity and read the book of “George Floyd”. Very sad urgent care. Dama
I went here for a walk-in appointment awhile back and was seen pretty promptly. They took good care of me and the PA was knowledgeable. Front desk also was concerned enough to explain that if I felt my situation was serious, I should go straight to the ER rather than having to pay two bills. This is a good urgent Care clinic for minor medical emergencies. Thanks guys!
Eva and the ladies are all so great! I broke my thumb and felt pretty miserable but they treated me so well and I had a great experience. Im going back to them for my follow-up care instead of my primary provider because they are so good. I highly recommend the ladies at the Cascade Park location. A few guys that were there were great too.
The one Hispanic nurse I think her name was Eva was extremely rude a lot of reviews were made about her disrespect and her tone of voice screams she hates people and her job. Obviously no action has taken place for the numerous complaints on this women. DO SOMETHING ABOUT HER. Made me wait outside in 90 degree weather when I had severe hives to get me a mask and then decided to sit and talk with her co worker and ignored my need for a mask while I waited in the heat I ended up having to go inside cause she just didnt come back, she continued to ignore me, roll her eyes, and have an extremely terrible attitude and continue to tell me they dont do walk ins. It is a WALK-IN CLINIC mind you. People like her should not be serving our community you could tell with the random disrespect and condescending attitude she gave me that she does not enjoy her job whatsoever. I will not go back here ever again and if shes there Id encourage others to skip the displeasure of cranky nurses who just look at it as a paycheck and not to actually better sick or injured patients. Ill be making a formal complaint and for denying me medical attention. Straight lying to people you have opened and operated as a walk in clinic since it existed she tried to say be cause of covid when I have in fact been seen here during covid and had a successful experience and was not denied whatsoever. Please if you want to serve your community and actually help patients have a good experience when we are already here from discomfort and to have someone so disrespectful is not appreciated or helpful to anyone. Please remove this women from talking or caring for patients its pretty reckless and should be against the law to be treated as such and denied.
Incredibly disappointing process but have a second star due to the front desk remaining professional. As someone required to get a covid test prior to surgery there was no communication about needing to wait for the test results to provide the doctor. Not only was the clinic 20 minutes late for my appointment but they required me to wait for my results because “we don’t fax or send results” despite the surgical center validating that they should which is why they contract direct with legacy go health. Have realistic expectations when coming here and clearly prepare for delays
Person working at the front checking people in has very little empathy and definitely does not have good people skills. Not true for all employees here I’m sure, but certainly was my case during my visit. Unfortunately I did not get her name. During my visit they informed me they would like do a flu test on me and it would be $200. 2 days earlier I had brought my mom here with the same symptoms and they performed the test without charging $200 for it. We’re both uninsured and know we have to pay for doctor visits and tests up front. That’s why I asked why 2 days earlier there wasn’t a $200 charge for the same flu test. There was no answer to my question other than I didn’t work 2 days ago and it’s $200 for the test you can accept or decline. I know it’s my choice to accept or decline but that wasn’t my point. I was asking why the difference in procedure. How do you decide who you charge and who you don’t? Or did they perform the test and fail to inform us of the small $200 charge?I had been coming here for a couple of years. Won’t be coming back.
For the most part this place is great, the staff are usually always professional, but today when I went in, the staff were very unprofessional, being loud and childish, saying what the hell loud in the lobby, and making unprofessional comments about covid. My advice for anyone going to this location, dont go in the mornings on a weekend. Night staff is way more professional and less judgmental.
I went into this clinic and I was seen pretty quickly for it being a clinic. After being taken back I only waited another minute or 2 before a doctor came in to see me. The doctor was very nice and knew why she was doing. She treated me with rrspect and respect. I was in and out of this clinic within 90 minutes. I will always go here when my doctors office is closed and reccomend this clinic to anyone and everyone who needs to be seen by a doctor. LOVE this clinic and their doctors and staff!
Went in for possible sinus infection and treated like a homeless person wanting a covid test. Will never go back there. absolutely horrid treatment of people. I was in my room waiting and heard a woman walk in who had a cyst rupture behind her ear with pain going down to her shoulder- she reported. She was told to return later with an appointment. Absolute disgrace. Avoid this place. I was left feeling less human than when I walked in.
The staff, nurse and pediatrician that we saw were all wonderful! We were able to make an online appointment, so only had to wait a few minutes upon arriving.
Im visiting my daughter and had a miner injury. Short wait, very nice, they took care of everything and very nice.
The only reason Im giving two stars is because the front desk lady was really nice, and the guy helping the main lady was also (not sure what her title is - Nurse Practitioner?). She was nice enough, but she kept dismissing all of my symptoms - even ones that can actually indicate something serious. It was clear they were just trying to get me out of there. The lady who came into the room first to check me in and take my vitals was unpleasant and rude, and told me no primary care physician would take me w/o insurance (not true). Two days later, I now have even worse symptoms, so I called Zoom+ Care and they were extremely nice and told me its a lie that you cant find primary care w/o insurance, and wondered why any medical professional would be so negative toward someone who could have a serious illness they need checked out. I wasted almost $200 at this place, and got nothing but easy dismissals of potentially serious symptoms and a negative attitude toward me for not having insurance. Complete waste of time and money. This visit literally gave me nothing. Zoom+ Care has me scheduled for the tests I need, including blood work and etc. Very relieved now that Ive finally spoken to someone who gave me hope.
I LOVE this Urgent Care location; its always clean and I never wait long. I feel heard by the providers and never feel rushed by any of the staff. Going to Urgent Care has never been easier. I wish the hours were longer. The ONLY complaint one might have is that this IS Urgent Care - not every medical or mental health condition can be treated in this setting, requiring a more extensive workup, equipment, expertise, or admissiom to a facility but the is what an ED is for and one should appreciate the staffs efforts to make sure every patient is treated with the best care - the care every patient wants, needs and deserves. Otherwise, this is the BEST care you can get.
Ive taken my 7-year-old son here a few times, and they have been extremely nice and made him comfortable. Took good care of him.
10!!!! Super Fast to schedule and to be seen. The Provider and staff were kind and friendly. Took great care of me. The Best in the West.
The Staff were so on top of it that we hadnt even finished typing our check in confirmation on the iPad at the door when they asked if it was us. We were immediately seen. The medical receptionist was kind, the cna was soothing and didnt ask questions that were then asked again multiple times by subsequent people. The Rn and the transcriptionist were amiable and friendly. We were able to get an X-ray, send it for a second opinion, receive feedback and care directions and even a reminder for a doc note for the school. I couldnt have asked for more. The Rn was beyond phenomenal
Everyone here is super friendly and eager to help you right away. Came in after my third day of finger swelling, turned out that I had developed Paronychia. Eric Humphrey was attentive, amiable and very helpful and I left feeling a lot better. I will be coming here for all my urgent care needs.
A 10 more than I would to Southwest Washington hospital Ive taken my daughters to this urgent care and my self since they have been open I will choose this one over any because the staff are always kind and caring and do really well with kids I have never had a bad experience and I love that you can check in before you get there like a Dr appointment except at your own convince its very nice and I like that they added the kids area with coloring pages and crayons and so thank you very much the first thing Salvador said to his brother and sister where they where so nice and funny and they always listen to your concerns. Amazing ten you are and always actually and I recommend this place over any and its clean and I never write comments but it made it easy to do that so I will take the time for them because there that awesome
The lady at the front was very unfriendly. Almost rude my son was up all night super sick and all they cared about was my ID for billing which i had accidentally left at home cause we rushed out the door as soin as they opened.. She verified his insurance but still refused him treatment.. This use to be my go to place at night and on the weekends but guess we will waste our day in emergency room since its sunday... I am so disappointed
Great staff! They listened to me and provided quality care. Thanks so much!
Go Health was a time saver. Had an infection in my finger that really didnt warrant an ER visit, but I was getting sicker during the weekend. Was able to schedule an appt for the following am online. By the time I checked in, got my paperwork in order and was seen and treated by the NP, I was out the door in less than an hour. Very efficient
We were visiting from California, and were very impressed with the professionalism and efficiency of the facility and its staff. It was a pleasant surprise to receive a follow up call the next day to see how my daughter was doing. I wish we had a facility like this near our home!
I will never go anywhere else ever again. You can do a remote check in and there is a screen that shows you exactly where you are in the line up so it takes all the waiting out of sitting in an urgent care. The staff was extremely helpful and fast! There have raised the standard of care that other places are going to have a hard time reaching. I just hope you open more locations because you will always have business!
Ive been to this clinic twice. Both times I have gotten in right away and the staff was great! The PA I saw listened and was very helpful and nice. Ive already recommended this place to people.
I had a fantastic doctor yesterday, Cheryl A. Springer, who diagnosed me as having shingles and prescribed an antiviral & suggested I apply some essential oils to the blisters. After I got home it had spread to my forehead, my waist & one leg. I took photos of the spots on my scalp.I also started having a really bad headache, extreme light sensitivity, shooting pains all over my body, pain in my left ear, eye burning, & pain in my abdomen when I bend over. So I came back today & saw a nurse practitioner, Eric Nash, who thinks because of how much the shingles rash has improved since yesterday, that I don’t really have shingles. So apparently, none of my symptoms need to be addressed at all because he thinks I have a misdiagnosis and he has no idea what is going on. Just “come back if it gets worse.”The headache apparently doesn’t matter. The light sensitivity doesn’t matter. The pain in my abdomen doesn’t matter. The shooting pains don’t matter. Not to him.So I guess his approach is if he can’t figure out what’s going on with a patient, oh well. Their symptoms don’t need to be addressed.I sure wish I could have seen the same doctor I saw yesterday. But I’m not ever coming here again after my experience today.I even asked if I could see another doctor & she just looked at his notes & agreed with his assessment even though she had not seen me or heard my symptoms.Bad medicine. Go elsewhere.
This isn’t “urgent” care. It’s a glorified doctors office. Why not close down this facility and move doctors and nurses to the short staffed locations? Wasted my time getting there with a severe migraine to be told they could schedule me for another day. The receptionist couldn’t have been any less empathetic.
I went in to have my foot looked at as I was told by other people it could be gout. First I get a man who asks me all kinds of medical questions. He leaves and a half hour later a woman doctor comes in and says we need to take xrays to insure there is no fracture or trauma. Again I wait. The man comes back to take xrays. He leaves and after a little while the woman doctor comes back and tells me because I have diabetes she can only give me Tylenol. A Big rip off on your insurance. I came for a remedy and they gave me nothing.
Dr Lisa took great care of me! When I checked in, I was told it would be about an hour before they could get to me, so i asked if someone could come out to my car and wake me because I was desperate for sleep. Just about an hour later, someone from the office came out and gently woke me! =8)I was having fevers, chills, abdominal pain, and a horrible wracking cough. I hadn’t slept worth a dang for 3 nights running... Eventually, Dr. Lisa had to refer me to Legacys ER because my symptoms didnt make sense as I tested negative for everything that would explain them! NO aspersions on Dr. Lisa. It took ER about 8 hrs, a half gallon of blood draws, 2 (TWO) trips through either the CAT Scan, or the MRI (not sure which it was... I was bombed on pain killers) before they figured it out, and they were quite surprised at the diagnosis! No, Im not telling you what it was... lol
Didn’t really help. Went in for a cat scratch from a random cat and the doctor told me cats cannot have rabies at all. The hand out she gave me to take home literally said they could cause cat scratch fever. Not impressed. If something bad happens in the next few days I will file a complaint with them.
DO NOT GO HERE!!!During my visit they showed unsafe practices, the room was not cleaned in between patients, not even so much as changing the paper on the patient chair. The supplies the nurse was using was placed directly onto a non-sanitized unclean surface including the gloves , that makes them ineffective sure it keeps the nurse safe but not the person receiving care , the only thing that was done right was the use of an alcohol wipe and the needles had a cap on it so it didnt come in contact with the unclean surface. I will not be coming back here, EVER not even for something as small as a splinter, Look at better urgent cares if thats what you need, otherwise go to the hospital with an appointment.
Easy to book an appointment online. Fast and friendly service especially for children. Save a lot of time than the ER
Ive been to many urgent care But this place is the BEST place Ive went to! Excellent customer service and I want to thank Starla and Kara for your help from beginning to end, and the wonderful doctor who cares a lot about their patients.
Quick, friendly staff. My concerns were met. Making sure I understood the treatment plan. Very good health care provided.
If I could give them negative stars I would. Turned my 5 year old son away saying they were closed. It wasnt even 8pm! Lady at the front desk was extremely rude and had no compassion. She Should not be working in healthcare with her horrible attitude. I could not believe they would turn a child with a 104 degree temperature away. I will never give this place a dollar of my money. How horrible!
Super quick. Hardly any waiting in and out within 20mins great staff! Doc even took time to show a nurse who never seen a corneal abrasion before what it looked like. So I helped them at the same time pretty awesome!!
Worst experience Ive ever had was told to go to urgent care by nurse helpline. So I made an appointment. When showing up for my appointment they refused to see me saying I could have covid. I was getting an evaluation for completely different symptoms of covid. They told me to go to the ER where they can do covid testing. Why so i can be exposed possibly. As they are all just standing around. Not one other person was in the clinic. This is why we pay so much for medical 3 employees no customers standing around getting paid for being useless!!
Easy app to use for scheduling, very professional responsive staff high level of both empathetic bedside manner and high degree of patient centered very thorough assessment and sound clinical recommendations. Being in healthcare myself, it is hard to be the patient sometimes, but these staff did a great job helping me to navigate a real rough day and guide me thru my illness.
Normally I really like the urgent Care, but todays NP spent more time giving me a hard time for not having a PCP than she did looking at my Ankle. Suggesting that I attept to have an Orthopedic Dr look at it without a referral was completely unrealistic. I did get a referral and the non narcotic pain shot I asked for but was left feeling frustrated and like I should somehow be able to keep from being chronically ill, even though I came in for pain in my ankle.
The nurses were great, super helpful, kind, and thorough. We were seen very quickly even though we were walk ins. Got prescriptions sent immediately after diagnosis was complete. I love it here.
The Fremont location has been great for my family. The RT Brandon remembered my son from a previous injury, got us right into a room and the doctor was in moments later. Beyond impressed with this clinic and staff. Thanks Legacy for providing this level of service to my neighborhood.
The provider gave me all the right medications to knock out my bronchitis, and within a day I was already feeling better. I appreciate her because I was in a lot of pain. The staff is so kind, as well.
My boyfriend and I came in because my boyfriend had some medical problems and was trying to seek help and we came in a little too close to their closing time but like we had to wait at least 20-30 mins and only saw the doctor for like 5 mins and the doctor giving us the most frustrating and annoying response ever. I feel bad for the parent who came in with a child to check in and the child’s temp was 104 but the staff told her to go to the ER because “they were already closed”. I look at my watch and saw that it was 6 mins left until they closed. They could’ve saved a life but nope, they rather want keep to their job and not save a life.
I absolutely love this place and how familiar the nurses are. They take the time to get to know your family especially your children and have some of the best bed side manners.
I appreciated all of the friendly and helpful staff on duty. They made me both well informed and feel comfortable when discussing everything at my appointment. Thank you! (:
This clinic is seriously run down. Floors and exam tables are grimey. Staff were argumentative and unfriendly. One of the MAs had blood on her scrubs. I wouldnt go here for anything other than a Covid test. The care is substandard compared to other locations.
Sadly this Urgent Care is after Insurance money. Should you go in with an infection (or bad flu symptoms that has lasted over a week and are getting worse than better) they will send you on your way and bill insurance as a virus. They ask you to come back if the symptoms persist. Double billing for an infection that could have been treated earlier. The PA was extremely rude. I was afraid to contradict her. She was basically a bully doctor not wanting to be questioned. Be forewarned.
They are competent enough to deal with a flu or a broken bone but do not go here for anything complicated like paperwork. Was seen here several times for a workers comp injury. I was examined by a competent PA my first visit but all of my subsequent visits I was forced to deal with a Nurse Practitioner who was unprofessional, talked about herself during my appointments and did not answer my questions. My pay from workers comp was delayed because she hadnt submitted ANY of my paperwork from the past 4 weeks of visits I was going there. I called several times to make sure they had sent the paperwork and either no one answered or they told me they would look in it. To make matters worse, they told me that the NP was the one in charge of workers comps cases! I was unable to provide for myself while I was out of work because of her lackadaisical attitude and fatuity. I will be filing a formal complaint...as soon as somone tells me who actually runs the place.
I was very overwhelmed because I dont usually get hurt like I was, but they were very kind, caring, and helpful! Id definitely know Id be able to count on them if I ever hurt myself and need medical attention
Quick, nice staff, listened to my concerns and took time to actually ask my 4 year old what was wrong. Was able to get an x-ray and was in there less than an hour!
Im not one to normally leave a review bad or good, but I am completely unhappy with the service my 9 year old son got from this place sunday night 12/15/19 . I took him in to see a doctor because of a nasty cough that he had had for a week in a half, with no other symptoms the doctor came in the room and she checked him out a little said his lungs sound normal and that it seems like he might have acid reflux and going to write up something for him to take and see how that works, at that point I was already annoyed because Ive got acid reflux really bad and I know what a acid reflux cough sounds like and not many 9 year olds have acid reflux, the next morning I called and made him a doctors appointment with his actual doctor witch when we went in the doctor said he can hear mucus in his chest and lungs and was told if any other symptoms come up to take him back in .that night he started running a fever so I took him to the ER after 4 hours there a breathing treatment and chest xrays my son was diagnosed with Pneumonia, and I realize a doctor would not know this with out a chest xray but the fact this doctor at this urgent care said his lungs sound fine and its acid reflux is completely BS and she should do a better job looking over the Patience and not just trying to get them out the door, thank god I did not liesing to her and just get him meds that he did not need or things could had gone a lot worse for my child ...
The office was clean, the staff was super friendly and helpful, and there really was no wait. Thanks for the great experience.
Mother did urinalysis container was not labeled with her name. Told by PA they dont have lab equipment it has to be sent out for any blood test, basically if you need much of anything you need to go to ER. Very clean and staff very friendly. They should be able to do lab and xrays!
Women at the front desk told patient after arguing with another customer as I was walking in after asking for her personal information say .. “I didn’t hear anything you said so can you repeat it” to me she appeared extremely unprofessional .. rude and as wel as to visibly have a attitude . Not a friendly experience at all. Would not recommend
Wow! The lady was so rude! I walked into the office at 11:30 hoping to be seen by a dr. I had never used Lagacy before and was unaware that you needed to check in online before arrival. Also, apparently they didn’t open until noon (sign on the door said 8AM and there was an open sign next to the door). She was very put out that I had walked in the unlocked front door. I’ll hey need to teach their employees some customer service skills!
Very fast and efficient, you should make an appointment.
The staff was amazing with my 4.5 year old son. They connected with him on his level and about his interests. And made our whole experience comfortable and calm!
I came here to have my self check out, because i just recently involved on a car accident. The lady in the front dest have me waited outside of the building, then when i finally got in, She want me to wait 6 to 7 hours to see a professional. Its just ridiculous. Front desk was rude as well. Not coming back here anymore, as well all of my families.
The staff and nurse practitioner that work at this location are fantastic! This will now be our new location of choice for urgent care needs.
