The staff at Legacy Urgent Care is always friendly, professional and personable. On top of that it is top notch medical care and I’ve gone several times and I’ve been in and out and no long wait. I’ll definitely go back. And, I wish I could remember my nurse, nurse practitioner’s name but wonderful ladies and Todd checked me in. 5 STARS TO EVERYONE!!

It was easy to schedule an appointment the day I woke up with an ear infection. The visit was very efficient with no wait time. I was prescribed antibiotics and on my way within 15 minutes.Thank-you!
The doctor was a pleasure. She showed compassion and understanding. Was thorough with care. She had a pleasant demeanor even though it was the end of the day and she was probably tired She still managed to have a smile on her face and compassion for the issue at hand. All around good staff and excelent experience. I would recomend friends and family to go to this location. With an appointment the wait time wasnt long before I was called to the back. And the time it took to recieve care was quick and efficient. The receptionist was a pleasure as well. She was very kind and had a smile on her face
I feel the people at this facility were very nice and treated me with respect. They spent the time needed and I did not feel like they were hurrying to get me out of there. I really do like this one on 192nd st. I made my appointment online so that made getting in when I was supposed to very easy.
I was recently in the hospital for 8 days…I am 29 and have been completely sober after my hospital stay….I have been feeling super ill, with zero appetite and very fatigued. The first thing the nurse practitioner asked “have you been drinking??” And I said “no” I have been sober since since my hospital stay….And she said “if you’re feeling sick go to the ER…”And I said I don’t feel I like have in the past…it doesn’t feel like I felt when I was hospitalized.She told me I have acid reflux…😂Two weeks of feeling awful. ZERO food can stay down, extreme anxiety. But I have “acid reflux” according to her.NO blood work at all was done….BASICALLY if you feel worse go to the ER, cause I’m not going to do anything here for you…because I’m a glorified nurse and I don’t give a crap…I am beyond upset. Our healthcare is a JOKE!! 10 Mins spent there and 421 dollars later with ZERO TESTS DONE

Provider spent roughly 2 minutes with me and told me my upper respiratory symptoms were due to viral infection and there was nothing they could do. Not really sure what value I got for my time and money. Another note, they let me know that any infection which lasts less than 10 days is viral in nature. While I am not a healthcare provider, I thought this sounded odd, but I will let the readers of this decide.

The individual working the front desk had an especially poor demeanor for the face of a medical care facility. She was rude, curt and more concerned with texting on her phone than handling patients. From what I heard of her on the phone, that wasnt an interaction limited to just me either. Ill be sure to avoid this location in the future, and their grating white noise machines.The other staff were friendly enough.

I was bitten by my cat and it quickly got infected. I went to Legacy-GoHealth Urgent Care and was seen and treated promptly. If not for their quick response, it probably would have quickly progressed.

I work at go health and was just in a very bad car accident. I didnt want to go with the ambulance and I called my husband to come get me. My friend Michele and Laura (co workers) insisted I come into one of our clinics. I didnt want to but my provider Adriana Barrier insisted. By the time I got there I couldnt breath. Laura B, Todd T and Adrianna Barrier basically swooped me into a room. There was no wait, Todd did my xray in minutes. Everyone was so incredible. From the beginning right unitl the end. My managers were so concerened both Courtnie and Kat. It takes time like this that come around to realize how incredibly blessed you are. That is the kind of healthcare our clinics thrive. Even my main manager Lisa Stone helped me and followed up. You guys have no idea how much that meant to me. Story ends I had 4 broken ribs and am doing so much better. Thank you for being by my side. All of you.I WORK HERE, BUT I choose to come here as a patient.I know the care we give, the experience we have, and most importantly the people people behind the scenes. I wouldnt go anywhere else.
We visited this center as our younger son has been sick for about 4 days with a lingering fever so wanted to ensure he didn’t have a lingering bacterial infection. The location was very convenient, the staff was friendly, and the entire visit went quite smoothly. The location is quite small and hidden within a commercial center among various stores and restaurants so it may take a bit of time to find. This is a great urgent care center for minor visits, note if you are really sick or have a major problem, this place likely won’t have the equipment nor the specialists to be able to handle such a situation. Once again, compared to other urgent centers we have visited in the past, we were overall very happy with the visit. Recommended.

Came in yesterday morning because I was dizzy and had a horrible headache. Your receptionist told me I would have to wait possibly until 7:00 and pay $200 that day along with giving them my credit card to cover any additional costs. I ended up just going to the hospital instead. Turns out my blood pressure was 215 over 122Way to help the people that live near you.I got excellent care at Providence Hospital in Portland. Your so called Urgent Care is all about money and not about helping people
Probably the most positive thing that has happened in my experience with Legacy. The PA was attentive, professional and respectful of my otherwise holistic preferences.
Check in was immediate, spoke to several very kind professionals. Ran vitals, ran several tests, sent prescription and checked out in under 45 minutes.Just do yourself a favor and go here
I came in first thing in the morning with an apparent bruised rib, or spasms or I didnt know what. The service was efficient, and the staff are quite friendly and caring. This is the first time I have used urgent care, so I cant speak to wait times, but I suggest you make an appointment and you shouldnt wait long. Walk-ins should always assume some kind of wait. I recommend this urgent care. 5⭐
Provider Adriana Barrier and entire team made me feel valued and cared for as a patient. Loved the online scheduling process. They were efficient and thorough. They explained the care plan for my foot injury clearly and trained me on how to use the walking boot and crutches I received during the encounter. Such a wonderful patient experience!

I went in thinking I had an ear infection, and explained I had severe jaw pain from my right ear down to my chin, and was told that its just seasonal allergies and maybe tmj. Didnt get any advice on how to handle the tmj, other than try ibuprofen and sudafed. The appointment felt very rushed and I was in and out quick. My concerns with my pain werent addressed, and I felt like I was getting blown off, and its the second time I felt this way at this location. Im still very much in pain, and if I wouldve known I wouldnt of gotten the help I needed, I wouldnt of went in. $75 was all I had, and Im probably going to expect another bill soon. Its the second time I went here and felt I was getting blown off and my concerns meant nothing. Its very frustrating when you cant rely on Urgent Care to help you when you need it.

I walked in on a Sunday morning and I got in quickly to dress a small gash. The staff is very friendly and professional. Ive been to a couple of other urgent care facilities and didnt much care for them. This place is so much better.
DO NOT GO HERE!! PREDATORY SERVICE!!EDIT: After they commented leaving a way to contact directly, not through their customers service avenues, I reached out. Was given an apology and told that a manager would be reaching out to help me. Radio silence.... Emailed again 10 days later, same thing, were sorry, someone will reach out soon. That was 8 days ago. Nothing. THEY DO NOT CARE.I was experiencing chest and left arm pain. One of the warnings for a potential heart attack. Im in my early 30s and am relatively healthy and I had no other symptoms of a heart attack. So I didnt feel like a trip to the ER was necessary so I figured going to a much closer, much cheaper, Urgent Care clinic was a better option for me. Try to figure out what was going on with me. HUGE MISTAKE.I walk in and explain that Im experiencing chest pressure/pain but I dont think Im having a heart attack but I want to be checked out. The man at the front desk says its $195 to be seen, you have to pay now. So I give him my CC and they take me back. Immediately a nurse comes in and checks my blood pressure and performs an EGK. She then leaves and the PA comes in within a minute or two and says asks me to explain my symptoms and then says why didnt you go to the ER? You should have gone to the ER he then said your EKG is fine but theres nothing I can do for you, you need to go to the ER. Do you want me to call you an ambulance?At this point Ive been there for 10 mins or less. I tell him I want a refund of my $195 because they did nothing to treat me, or make any attempt at figuring out what else could be wrong besides my heart after the EKG came back normal. He told me to talk to the man at check in. The man at check in said I could call customer service if I had a problem with the payment. After 3 calls and dealing with everyone they would send me too, customer service refused to refund me. AND THEN to make it worse, a few days later they sent me ANOTHER separate $65 bill via email for the EKG!!My issue here is not trying to get a refund because they didnt do anything, which they didnt. My issue is that they KNEW the second I said chest pain they couldnt/wouldnt do anything to treat me. They should have turned me away immediately and said go to the ER. But no, they forced me to pay $195, to be seen. They performed an EKG, then charged me $65 for it after saying the most I could possibly pay was $250 total, (check your math there guys). They offered ZERO treatment, ZERO advice, made ZERO attempt to figure out what else it could possibly be besides my heart, and then REFUSED to offer any discount or refund.I paid $195 ($260) to be told You should have gone to the ERAbsolutely predatory business practices. Taking advantage of the community thats just trying to get urgent help without going to the ER. DO NOT GO HERE!
Conveniently close to home, The gentleman at the front desk was very kind and patient Fitting me in sooner due to the need. The provider was in and out, and spot on with diagnosis And prescription for eye & skin infection. I am a legacy employee at the Salmon creek hospital, And I am grateful For this whole experience.
I would NEVER recommend this place to anyone. I came in after being sick for 9 days. The nurse and physician assistant barely even talked to me and most definitely didn’t listen to me. They sent me away and told me whatever I have will just run its course. I told them I probably have a sinus infection and needed antibiotics. They did nothing. Less than 24 hours later I was back at urgent care (in battle ground Vital Care). I did indeed have a sinus infection and needed a breathing treatment. The doctor at vital care in battle ground couldn’t believe that I was seen less than 24 hours earlier and nothing was done. This place is a joke and I will not be returning or recommend this place to anyone. Poor excuse for “healthcare”.
Ive been to this location a few times, not just for myself but family members as well. I especially enjoy the way they treated us all like our own selves with valid concerns; instead of just a thing with symptoms to treat. Ive been treated like Ive been silly to come in for something small like at other places. Becoming a first time mom a while back this happened often. Never here at Legacy. The people who work here truly care about how Im feeling and what is the best way to make me feel better. I HIGHLY recommend coming here if you believe that your symptoms may be something serious. If they dont turn out to be no worries. The kind professional people who work here wont put you down for it.
I was able to get in within an hour using the online service. I was late because I went to the wrong place, and they were still so nice and welcoming. I did not have to wait long to be seen. Everyone was so nice and very professional. I was treated with absolute kindness and care and all my questions were answered too. The facility was easy to get to and spotlessly clean. I will definitely choose Legacy-Go Health again and recommend it to my friends.
Employees either dont know or dont care that you can hear them. I waited 40 minutes for a scheduled appointment because Theres a sports physical in this room and I know room 4 (me) is next but can you do this first since itll be quicker? I also got to hear the full tea on a patient who couldnt be seen immediately at this urgent care for their back pain. Instead they went to the ER and her check in time was at 4:30 and at the current time 5:05 she still hasnt been sent back. They then proceeded to make fun of her because the wait is longer at the ER than urgent care, and everyone has back pain then they proceeded to giggle to eachother and make comments about it. REALLY unprofessional and it makes me wonder what they say about me when I come in. Other than clearly I can wait to be seen but a sports physical cannot.
25 minute wait in the lobby, 70 minute wait in the consultation room. Then received no care for a painful ingrown nail - they said they couldnt do it and had to refer me. Earlier in the day I sadly explained in the other branch where I made the appointment that it was pretty bad and deep, so they knew what they were in for.If you have anything urgent going on, I wouldnt go to this urgent care.Staff was friendly and respectful though - they just could have organized and analyzed this situation much much better.
What has healthcare in this country come to when even medical clinics abide by the bait and switch program. I had a bit of a sore throat and ear ache left over from a cold I had over Thanksgiving. I called around trying to get an idea of price before I went anywhere.I get ahold of someone in billing that quotes me the initial visit is ~$150 plus any necessary labs (Prices may be off as I dont recall at this point. I wasnt going to leave a review but felt I needed to.) When I arrive for my appointment and Im checking in they tell me its going to be ~$190 plus any necessary labs and theyll take a credit card number that theyll hold for any additional charges.I ask about what those charges might be and trying to clarify the difference between what billing told me and what the front desk is not telling me and the only answer they would give me is: We dont have any information about prices here, youll have to contact billing. To which I responded, I talked to billing, and they told me the initial prices is substantially different than what youre telling me now.After a couple of back and forths, they were unable to give any answer other than to continue the circular conversation about them not knowing anything about prices and Id have to talk to billing.Im not going to seek treatment somewhere where they cant even give you an idea of what it is going to cost, especially when the guys in the know (billing) are giving you different information than the people taking your money (reception).Id recommend going anywhere else where at least theyre up front about their prices even though they may be more expensive.

Nurses were unprofessional and honestly flat out rude. Not focused on the clients listening to music on a speaker and talking about wanting to go home and drink wine for the entirety of my visit. In addition to singing and dancing they took personal phone calls while sitting at there desks and gossiped about patients that they had met with during the day. I was quite frankly shocked and concerned about the level of care I paid for. I will definitely not be returning and just as a side not this is my first ever google review prompted because I’ve never had a worse or more unprofessional experience in a medical setting and wouldn’t wish that for anyone else.
Love the ability to “save your spot” online. I have waited for hours at another area Urgent Care (TVC). Legacy GoHealth always gets me in and out ASAP! Providers are compassionate and listen to your concerns.
They are slow and unprofessional my daughter, and wife waited over and hour for a mouth swab. We only came in to get documentation for our daughter to get her tonsils removed. The nurses talked about patients and took personal calls on the floor. Also they are very rude on the phone and make excuses why they cant see you for more than one thing .. what happened to real care these days
My 2years old daughter was sick couple days. She throws up and had diarrhea inside dippers. We went to This urgent care Feb/16th 3pm. and We met a dr. Jordan A Ehrlich. He was so professionally care for my daughter. Makes her comfortable to check her body.We had a great experience with dr. Ehrlich. Thank you so much. She is feeling so much better now. 🙏Appreciate you all. Also other Staffs are very Kind and humble. Facilities are very clean and neat. I don’t like hospital and appointment but If we need to go we would go there and recommend someone for this place.
I am beyond disappointed in this uc!! I went in for an infected ingrown toenail and the nurse practitioner wouldnt remove it. She said thats not an urgent care thing. Well 4 years ago an urgent care clinic removed an ingrown for me so how is that not urgent care? She prescribed antibiotics which isnt going to get to the root of the problem. The toenail has to be removed or it will get worse esp when your a diabetic like me!! I would not go here if you want to be treated correctly. Why couldnt the nurse that checked me in tell me they dont treat ingrowns instead of wasting over an hour of my time!
I found the staff friendly, helpful & efficient! The facility was clean and comfortable and I was seen, diagnosed and treated in a timely manner. The FNP, Crystal was awesome. Thorough yet quick. I have worked in the ER & UC my entire RN career, this is a great place.
Gosh, how do I summarize such a wonderful interaction between human beings? I’ll start with, I went to establish care yesterday at my primary. My doctor was 40 minutes late to the appointment and I was allotted ten minutes to make my requests before he logged out of my chart in the middle of me asking for birth control. Hoping to avoid a flood of PMDD and Endometriosis pain during my husband’s suicide anniversary in mid-July, I was told I would have to wait until the end of September to finish the appointment. So that was a very insulting encounter to have in light of Roe being overturned. So fast forward to today. I’m here. I am seen and heard and treated like a real live person. Many people going above and beyond to get me taken care of and all my remaining issues addressed with a joy of providing genuinely amazing service. I could not have had a better experience here. It was happy and kind and pure. Reassuring my faith in humanity and the medical profession. Hands down, 10/10. So very grateful I got to check this location out, absolutely amazing. Thank you!!
The staff is always excellent. They take the time to personally engage and genuinely take care of you. They are always upbeat, positive and create a comfortable environment. Ive never had to wait long and yet still get personal care that doesnt feel rushed. I will continue to recommend GoHealth for urgent needs to both friends and family. Thank you!

Legacy GoHealth is our go to for any urgent care needs. The medical teams are always happy and very kind. Even the simplest injuries/illnesses are treated as though they are severe, the providers take their time with us and NEVER act like they have somewhere else to be. While everyone is outstanding, our favorite is Eva Nystrom, NP. When she enters the room you can’t help but immediately relax.
Walked in with a serious cough and congestion - was concerned about pneumonia. Covid, viral tests, plus chest x-rays, were taken. Bronchitis. Less than a hour and I was home. Great staff! Thank you!
The service provided was amazing but my issue is the lack of HIPPA procedures... I could hear them from the lobby discussing my personal info among one another, and then the cherry ontop when they discharged me they gave me someone elses discharge paperwork and I didnt catch it my employer did. But I had all of there personal info from injury to their upcoming physical therapy appointment... absolutely unexceptable in my opinion...
Came in on a Sunday with no appointment availability. The entire staff is so helpful and friendly. They were able to get us in quickly (and thanked us for our patience when really the wait was NOTHING!!). I’m so appreciative of the service and the equipment they have on hand. We were able to get a referral for follow up, and were on our way quickly. Thank you for being there to take great care of your patients!!!

Our experience was unfortunately a nightmare with the front desk clerk.We were treated very poorly and discriminated by this employee.We had an opportunity to witnness her behavior with the previous clientAnd this client was treated appropriately and with kindness as every client should be treated.We needed the test done today since it was a presurgical requirement otherwise we were not stay a minute of our time. We reported this incident to the physician assistant that spoke to us later on. She was very nice and apologetic for this clerk behavior.I really hope they are more selective in the future when selecting employees.
Miss barrier and everyone else was efficient cordial and informative… It doesnt hurt to be told that youre a good healer either but just knowing that my body was doing with it needed to do heal up a cut on my forehead after a fall running was very reassuringMy wife, children and I have been there a few different times and each time the experience is very educated, thoughtful, and positive on the part of the folks who work there…
The most important thing is that Adriana Barrier , PA has deep knowledge, experience, was able to answer all my questions. She is great in her profession. She is a great asset to the medicine

Worst experience I had was today. I had a 11:15am appt. Took forever to check in . Took forever to get called back. I waited tell 12:00I walked out To find nobody at the front desk nor in a room helping anybody, everybody was gone When usually im in and out with checking in the back And out the door with my prescription in twenty minutes

I went to Legacy Gohealth to check my hip after falling at the gym. The doctor was supposed to refer me to PT and Im still waiting for someone to call me back. Also, the lady at the front desk could not print my diagnostic so I have to go to another doctor. What a waste of time and money.
My mom was visiting from Florida and got sick. Super easy to make her an appointment online and get her checked in. She said the medical staff went above and beyond, was so kind, and the Doctor had amazing bedside manner. Will definitely go here myself when I need it.
We had a horrible experience this morning. I brought my elderly mom in for shaky hands. While we were speaking to receptionist , the lady with curly grey hair ( I think her badge said she was a PA) interrupted & said there was nothing they could do for her. No examination, nothing. The lady seemed so eager to get rid of us. Don’t worry we won’t be back & we won’t be recommending this place either.
This place is awesome!!!! Can’t say enough wonderful things. The entire staff was amazing. The entire place was clean and well maintained. They ‘re thorough and efficient. The doctor took her time to listen and check out my son. Doctor and staff made my four year old very comfortable. He left there feeing so much better. This urgent care clinic will definitely be my #1 choice from now on.
I urgently needed a PCR test for next day surgery. The staff were friendly, helpful and efficient. They solved my problem, posting my test results on MyChart and providing me a printed copy in time for my surgery.I thank them all for their kindness and professionalism.

Some days I really despise the medical system. I had an appointment at this specific urgent care location this evening. When I arrived, the woman at the desk explained that they didn’t have an X-ray tech in, so they couldn’t help me. She told me there was another location ten minutes away, gave me their address, and quite nicely sent me on my way.I showed up to the next location only to be told I should have had them examine me there and then send me for an X-ray. I said I was just doing what the first location’s staff told me to do. Then the MA here read out the notes in the system to me: “patient refused care and left angrily.”How am I supposed to ever trust medical notes, when they are willing to outright lie about something this trivial?In retrospect, I wonder if they were supposed to have an X-ray tech there, and didn’t want to write down the real reason they sent me away.
I like the doctors, the RNs and the nurses. A few times Ive wished that one of those urgent care doctors were my primary. The whole crew is helpful and thorough. Ive landed at this particular urgent care several times in my adulthood and Ive only been met with the best care.The receptionists are a bit guarded, as they should be, especially the types of people that they have to deal with is probably extremely draining. I appreciate them and am happy with how good they are at their jobs. I say this because those who encounter difficult people on a daily basis have to protect themselves and many people take it personally.

I had given this place a bad review years ago and then deleted it after giving it some thought. You must be aware of the costs you are incurring. Health care is not cheap any more.My visit today, on the other hand was wonderful. The PA I saw was very helpful and worked with me to keep the cost down as I was paying out of pocket. She was awesome, and I appreciate the help she gave me.
I’ve been here a couple of times with no tea to report however this morning, I made an appointment online and got a phone call from a receptionist (I assume) - she asked me some questions about my symptoms and then said they would not see me in the clinic and that I would have to have a virtual meeting instead. Whenever I asked a question- she would answer with an attitude. When I told her I would be fine to do the virtual meeting she said they wouldn’t be able to schedule me until tomorrow- when I replied that i wanted to be seen today she said so rudely “well we’re not going to see you in the clinic and that’s the only time for a virtual” I just said thank you and hung up and went somewhere else. When you’re sick the last thing you need is someone with an attitude treating you like you’re annoying for having them do their job. I didn’t get her name unfortunately. Zoom Care was great!
We took our 2 year old around 730pm on Saturday night knowing they close at 8pm because we were concerned about his 102° fever. When we arrived the lady up front said you know we close at 8. Now I staff hospitals and healthcare facilities throughout the country, I can tell you right now this is not how we expected to get greeted when we are concerned parents. You are in a neighborhood of families and a sick baby, treat them how you would want to be treated if roles were reversed. If you don’t like what you do or hours you work find another location or career. I can assure you I will be sure to hit Vancouver Clinic before they close before I come back to where they forgot why they should be in this line of profession.
I’ve been there recently twice. Both times I was legitimately ill and the second time much worse than the first. The first time I was there at 3 pm and they had no availability until 7pm. The second time was only because, it was 7:30 pm.Their receptionist was extremely rude both times. My biggest problem though is that this particular clinic is so willing to divert from the intended purpose of urgent care. Meaning illness and injury only. Seems that those who are using this clinic for non-urgent stuff would be much better served by a new family practice and a pediatrician too in the same neck of the woods and would keep it plenty busy! Either quit advertising as urgent care-no appointment necessary or turn off the online appointment option and start triaging so that non-urgent clients have to take the risk of having to wait awhile while those who are using the clinic for reasons that can’t wait are given priority. It’s on the clinic to set boundaries since they are located in a highly residential area and most people (me included) will go against their better principles and use resources inappropriately when they feel especially overwhelmed. It’s management who is at fault for listing the clinic both online and on the clinic window as ‘urgent care no appointment needed’ and then turning down patients who are miserable or at high risk because they have too many scheduledappointments for situations such as sports physicals and pre-trip COVID tests that can be addressed by a standard family practitioner. Those with injuries or urgent medical situations deserve so much better! The reason I took the time to write a review is that the principle of maintaining this dynamic is just plain wrong! And the people who are using this clinic for other than urgent care are not to blame so don’t go shoving this off on them! They are just taking care of their families and themselvesthe best they can. This is a corporate ethics issue. I would love to have a new family practice in this neckof the woods! We would use it! Serve the community better Legacy GoHealth!
Everyone was extremely nice and helpful. My daughter is usually scared of the doctors office but felt comfortable with the staff there. Will be going back for future visits.

Absolutely terrible experience ruptured my achilles at dugan falls and finally made it to the urgent care last sunday. When i limped in the door there was a nurse standing right there. She looked at me rolled her eyes and threw up her hands flailing her arms and said why are you here today i responded i ruptured my achilles and need to be seen, Her response of were not doing walk ins sorry you can go somewhere else. So i must say Very unprofessional and rude and when i asked for her name to file a complaint they said they couldnt tell me. I dont recommend anyone to go there and i hope someone talks to her about her actions because it wasnt right.
Legacy-GoHealth Urgent Care was a great experience for me. They were able to see me within a half hour of my call for the stomach flu. The office was clean and spacious. The staff was professional and easy to talk to. Thank you Legacy.
I have had occasion to visit this urgent care clinic a few times for various reasons — from suspected Covid to bicycle injuries, and always with the same result:Knowledgeable staffCompassionate staffExpert careI would assign them as my primary care physicians if I could!
Staff is professional and easily deserving of 5 stars. The process is where they lose out and the reason for the “average” rating. You can make an appointment online however walk ins are inserted into the queue which can push back when you see the physician. Not sure exactly what the benefit is for going online first. It can actually delay when you are seen. Also, all the same questions you answer on their site will be asked again when you arrive. There is another urgent care group which keeps to online appointments which is nice since the customers time does matter.
I really liked the PA there. He listened to all my concerns and asked me good questions. I had a really bad sinus infection. He gave me a prescription and ideas to help elevate the pain. The receptionist was also really nice! I will definitely go back when needed.
I went in last Sunday for a horrible head cold and knew had turned into a Sinus infection, all they did for me was give me a covid test (that was negative) I asked the Dr for something because the OTC stuff is no longer working. All I received was a Covid test and go home and rest here I am almost a week later and I am miserable. I called the office again today and with what voice I have left basically begged the office to call in a Zpac for me. I heard we will call you back!! 3 hrs later NOTHING.... Cant wait to see the bill for this freaking joke of a visit! 🙄
I called these guys to see if I could get my wife in to see them for an urgent need. They said they would squeeze her in between patients. So I took my wife in to the go health urgent care. The lady at the front desk said they would not squeeze her in between patients. But they said we could wait outside and they would call us when they were available. That was not even going to be until like 3:45. We were there at 1:30. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THESE GUYS. THEY LIE TO YOU ON THE PHONE. Then want people to wait outside in this hot weather! That is ridiculous. They are NOT a good urgent care! STEER CLEAR OF THESE PEOPLE!
Although they don’t accept out of state Medicade. My 13 year old daughter was taken care of. Timely, and professionally.Thank you for allowing us to be seen, and not making us feel “less than worthy” of quality care; because we were from out of state and on Medicade. Too often, people tend to judge, or, shift their attitude when this is realized. Then suddenly the treatment and effort is minimal or as professional, if any at all.So we appreciate the kind hearts that also sent my gma light and love whom is the reason we are here in WA visiting. My daughter was treated and her knee is getting better. I am not sure what the medical bill will be, but regardless, they did their best! That’s what matters. Thank you!
Weve used this facility a few times for minor illnesses. Today I had to bring my youngest in to have her wrist looked at. Everyone was wonderful, friendly, and caring. We were in and out within an hour.
I absolutely loved my doctor for my visit, however the check in process was ridiculous. My wife was seen 1 week prior and has been seen several times, and I needed a credit card on file to be seen, which I am told they been only ask for on your 1st visit. My wife had questions as to this policy and the tones in which she was spoken to was out right rude. If they only ask for it the 1stvisit how do you know if its expired? And if you dont check that information every visit, what is the point in having it on file????Once again the dr was great, but be advised you have to have a credit card.
This was my second visit to this clinic. Both times have been a bad experience and needed follow up to another dr. My recent visit was for heat rash/burn on eyelids. The prescription I was given had ethanol in it. This burnt my eyelids even more and made the situation much worse. This was a considerable set back for my healing that was so unnecessary and very painful. I will not be ever go to this clinic again.
Wow! What a great experience I had when I took my 14 yr old there. Very friendly staff, fast service. Doctor was nice and explained everything about his pneumonia and even gave what if instructions telling us to call in case cough suppressant didnt work.
The 196th Street, Camas location was kind, caring and Compassionate. I would recommend that office highly. From beginning to leaving. Stellar group of people.
I have a peritonsillar abscess and tried to schedule to be seen today. I wasnt feeling well so it booked for tomorrow instead of today when I used their online appts. The doctor that was there today was callous and unempathetic as he said , See you tomorrow then Im fully booked all day.. He was dismissive as I could barely talk from being so swollen. He was a jerk and Vancouver Clinic gave me better care. I guess it costs extra for clinicians to care at Go Legacy.
I’ve been tested over 6+ times for a variety of work and surgery related issues...this by far was the most efficient, enjoyable, timely and accurate experience I’ve had out of the, now 7 times. Great urgent care clinic and test facility! Great people with great standards!
I dont write reviews unless I feel strongly - this place is fantastic! Ive used this place twice - very nice people, accurate, quick, easy, no appointment needed, I like them better than my gpfirst time I thought I had a kidney infection going, went to this place Saturday morning - they ran tests - said no its a lower back strain - they were rightsecond time - I walked in Friday evening with a painful completely blocked ear, walked out 20 minutes later with the ear completely cleared - very happy
Checked in on line = no wait! Nurse Jamie checked me in quickly! Not long of a wait for Dr. Brian to assess and take care of my finger wound. They sent me home with supplies, even called me to check on me! Definitely will go there again if I need it!!

Always a urgent care not too far from home. And the doctors and staff were very friendly and helped us out. The doctor listened to our needs and did everything the doctor did to help us
They get a 10 baby! I hopped in w a severe sprained foot. They all greeted me with the same empathetic smile. My experience with each person felt unique and special. In no way did I feel like a number. Even though I was in a lot of pain, they made it easy to get past it. Thanks!
100% recommend this place. When I went in they were thoughtful, treated me like a human and not just a patient and worked with my personal doctor to find a solution that was best for me. On top of that they called me a few days later to make sure everything was still okay. Truly nice people.
I arrived over 30 minutes early for my appointment, had to wait in line for 20 minutes to check in, then the lady at the front desk decided to take back the next 2 people whose appointments were scheduled AFTER my appointment. They do NOT take people in order EVEN IF YOU HAVE AN APPOINTMENT. Im glad I dont come here frequently. I will be glad to not return.
Their name preceded them, and I was not dissappointed. Very friendly staff and thorough care. They also listened to me and answered my questions. When I need urgent care again, Ill definitely be going there, and will refer others!
I would give negative starsI went In there with a concern of a 9 week incision that is suppose to be healed. My doctor told me to go in there with the concern of it and a nose bleed that started at the time my incision started to bleedThe doctor there told me its allergy season. Even tho my obgyn was very concerned about it she had no care in the world. Also when I was leaving she said loud enough I can hear good I dont need to get ahold of your surgeon my surgeon wanted me to go In. They also said my incision is trying to get infected but the outside is healed up nicely. Nothing trys its either is or not. Dont go there ever! Its a waste of time!
I understand that offices get busy, and that some things you can’t predict. So I understand if you don’t get seen as fast as you would like, however.... what doesn’t make sense to me is if you have an option to schedule online and you make an appointment you shouldn’t be getting seen 1 hour after your scheduled appointment. I scheduled mine for 11:16. I got there early as per the directions. I haven’t been seen by the doctor and it is close to an hour now I have been waiting. That is rediculous. If I wanted to wait around for an hour I wouldn’t have made the appointment, but just walked in. I did it this way because I had things going on. Doesnt help that instead of helping some people some of the staff were having personal phone calls instead of helping patients. Was not impressed.
I threw my back out and was completely useless. I would usually go to Zoom for my urgent care, but I recently saw that Legacy had one as well so I tried it. They were very nice and I was helped quickly. I will be going again, possibly today, ha ha. I figure it takes more than one visit to accurately gauge service. Oh, and my back is doing much better. I really do appreciate that bit of help to get through that.
Staff and Provider were caring, compassionate and took really great care of me. Very thorough and diligent in helping diagnose and treat my injuries. All around extremely impressed and happy with the care they provided.
2 out of the 3 people I talked to here were rude. It felt like they rushed through our time. Ive had COVID rapid testing done at this location as well as the salmon creek location. The salmon creek location was much better. Go there if you can.
There was no waiting time. MD was thoughtful and promptly. Doctor was kind and I felt comfortable being there.
My daughter had a sports physical at 192nd Legacy Urgent Care. We were in and out within 20 minutes. Very professional and thorough. Thanks for a great visit.
Legacy-Go Health Urgent care was amazing. Got to me as soon as possible. Assessed the problem and treated me accordingly. Very happy PA David was on the job. I had a serious problem and he saw it immediately. So happy he was so thorough.
Needed a rapid covid test since the another facility I originally took the test didn’t provide the results for Hawaii pre travel clearance in time. Was in and out in 15 mins. The staff was also very friendly. I really appreciated that.
Nothing but good experiences here. Most recently they removed four stitches from my chin that I got in Hawaii. Road to Hana don’t play; and neither does Legacy GoHealth! If only all healthcare was so easy.
I arrived at the staff lunch time and they still attended me immediately because I was having an allergic reaction. All very polite and respectful. I was very satisfied with the service and the doctor was very attentive.
I visited this location for a sprained wrist and was given a wrist brace. They did not advise me of the cost, and I later received a bill for $242.59. The same make and model retails for $32.99. I complained to GoHealth and they said that because I agreed to pay costs over my insurance I would have to pay it. My insurer paid for $13 of the brace because thats what they thought it was worth. If you visit the urgent care, DO NOT ACCEPT ANY EQUIPMENT. Ask them what equipment they recommend, and purchase online.
45 minutes late for a scheduled appointment. The PA Michelle Stowe was on the phone, dealing with non emergencys that could have been dealt with after the scheduled appointment, and was also talking about her plans for her weekend (personal call). Very unprofessional.

Absolute joke... Arrived at 8am, only to be told a provider wont be available until 9:45am. So, basically, a place to have them charge you to call 911 if needed, and charge you for taking your temperature and blood pressure.
Awesome staff! Needed a place on a recent holiday weekend and they were open. Staff was friendly, seemed genuinely concerned, and they got us taken care of right away. We will definitely use them again for urgent care.
Very disappointed with this location and Legacy overall. My 10 week pregnant girlfriend was turned down and awayafter having been in an accident the day before. She was told they didnt have the time and the best they could do was schedule her for the next day very upsetting and disturbing, especially coming from a medical urgent care facility
Great place for a last minute sport physical required be schools when you JUST need a signature so your kid can play! But if you can get one at Rebound across the street they are much better and more thorough!Do not recommend this place if you are genuinely sick , they will not prescribe antibiotics and many things are NOT IN THEIR SCOPE OF MEDICINE so you will pay for them to recomend one of their affiliate hospitals or practitioners.
Have sought treatment for a sick kiddo here twice. Both times we were treated great by the staff and they took the time to make a follow up phone call. Very courteous and professional.
If you make an appointment online call and make sure they have you scheduled. Husband showed up and said they didn’t have him in the schedule even though he had a screenshot of the info he was sent. I called the number that it gave us to the clinic when I registered his appointment and it was for another practice in New Jersey not the Vancouver/Camas location. I have always used Legacy but will think twice now.
I didnt receive any care or service. Doctor came in, asked what was going on, said so what do you want done, theres no point in doing anything here. Then she referred me to a specialist and said they would call me soon. Its been three days and I havent heard from anyone.Basically I spent 165 dollars to get a referral from a rude doctor who literally was in the room for no more than 10 minutes.
The front desk person was very adamant to follow policies over patient care. The dr that was on shift, who stepped in to help, when the front desk clerk would not, was very helpful and we found a solution for our care.
This place is a professional scam. Watch out! Came here for a covid test and they told me one price which I payed when I got the test. Months later I get a bill in the mail for almost another $100 that I owed them even though I was never notified of this during my initial visit. Beware!!Edit: After contacting them through email, I got another bill this time for $15 cheaper. Scammers.
I checked in online and we were in and out fast. The staff was friendly and professional. In the future I would come here first if I couldnt get in to our regular provider. I will also highly recommend family and friends to go as well if needed.

We had a great experience the team of caregivers was so kind and gentle with my two year old. They got us right in and answered all my questions in a way I understood.
Great place to have for weekend fevers when many other places are closed. Friendly staff and quick appointment times. In and out in 15mins. Gone here twice with my young kids and they are amazing! Really appreciate having them in the neighborhood.
The nurse who checked us in and i spoke to on the phone was rude! Told us to go to the hospital and we couldnt be helped. Low and behold we had a few things done and did not need to go to to the hospital afterwards. Said we had an up to an hour wait then when i was on the phone with another drs office called us back within minutes. Hopefully she wont be there if i ever have to go back

Love this Urgent Care. Ive been here several times between my kids and myself and Ive never had a bad experience. Jasmine, one of the MAs is especially wonderful.

Caregivers were attentive and informative, print take away materials were clear and informative. Practitioners called with test results as soon as they could, knowing we would benefit from knowing asap.
Not good. Medical assistant on a Starbucks run when I and another patient arrived shortly after they opened, so we waited... Dr was nice, after 5-10 min took a look at one patient while we waited for her to return and check us in. When she did get back, she had pretty severe sniffles and complained about how tired she was of being sick. While I get it, its not what you want to hear from your medical assistant.

VISIT WAS GOOD, BUT MAKE SURE CHECK IN STAFF does the billing right..My moms wasnt billed correctly and have spent 1 1/2 hours total on hold only to be disconnected..then oh my computer isnt working ..To Ill get someone else to help..couldnt get anyone, we will call you back shortly..3 1/2 hours later still nothing..Called again , another 29 minutes on hold..Finally get someone and asked if her computer was up and ..got nasty and said is this about a bill? My answer was yes and again was her computer up and running...dead slient untill I got the hanged up beeps! Am SO MAD, Guess customer service isnt in Legacys rulebook...Never going to any Legacy facility again..

So I walked in and there was a lady in the front desk. It seemed pretty empty with no Patients waiting out in the lobby, is it quality care that you provide because Im unsure why you couldnt see me at the moment?
Zero stars. Waited over an hour to get blood drawn just to be told that they cant do it there and Id have to go to Portland. You need to let patients know BEFORE they wait for an hour. Unacceptable.
